I've been to this Taco Bell many a times... let me tell you... it almost always disappoints. One of the times I went was a little later in the evening and we waited almost 30 minutes before even ordering, I think we moved up one car, and then we left. The most recent time I went the young man working the drive through asked if I wanted sauce, and I replied with a no thanks. I only ordered 2, $5 meals, if you aren't familiar, that comes with just a burrito and a hard shelled taco with a drink. first he hands me a bag, with its own meal in it... with 11 sauce packets!! First off, who needs that many sauce packets just in general? Second, I said I didn't want any and proceeded to try and hand them back to him and he said they couldn't take them back.. because that was their policy... what? why? I told him I didn't want them and he just said that that was their policy. He then starts to give me my second bag, still not sure why they put them in separate bags, since it wasn't much, but I asked him before he even handed me the bag if there were sauce packets in them and told him I didn't want them. He was literally about to tell me he couldn't take them out, and before he could, I said, you didn't even hand me the bag yet. lol I don't want the sauce packets. Anyway, if you care about not wasting stuff, like I do, and if you don't want the sauce packets, ask if there are any in the bag before they even hand them to you!

The employees were friendly with me. However, they messed up my entire order. My husband only got the Crunchwrap in the cravings box he ordered and they gave him a cherry freeze instead of the Baja blast freeze. The burrito I ordered with NO ground beef, red sauce or sour cream and added guacamole and rice literally only had a double portion of beef in it. I’m allergic to something in their beef, so there was a reason I ordered it without that. Glad I checked before taking a bite out of it. I sent my husband back up because I’m 8 months pregnant and didn’t want to drive back. They caught an attitude with him saying “I know it’s right because I made it” and he had to show them that it was not, in fact, made correctly at all. They also said they couldn’t give us a refund. Hopefully customer service can fix this and give us our money back because it was a pretty expensive order for Taco Bell. Not happy we had to waste an hour of our night dealing with this when all they had to do was read the order and make it correctly. I’ve worked at Taco Bell and it really is not that hard to do. Especially with how slow they were. It all comes up on the screen exactly how it should be made.

You always have to check your food to make sure they got everything or else you'llget home missing half of your order. My breaking point was waiting in line for an hour and a half only to be told that my online order had been canceled, never coming to the taco bell again.

Went here at 11:30pm Saturday 21May after a concert. No one inside, lights on, so people were sitting in the drive thru waiting one by one to find out the hard way. The least you could do is put up a sign that says you're closing early. Completely rude.

Lobby was closed while employee was sitting at a table and never acknowledged our presence to atleast advise only drive thru was opened. Drive thru order was made. Never advised pink lemonade ordered was not available and was provided a strawberry Lemonade instead without providing alternate options not knowing if an individual is allergic to strawberries. Nacho frie boxes were ordered with specifications that both burritos and hard tacos be upgraded to supreme and was assured they were and of course they were not. Nacho fries were undercooked. Very soggy! After attempting to eat what we could have eaten which was practically nothing, I vomited my food. We contacted the location and someone identified themselves as management yet refused to provide their name when asked. We explained our concern and person became rude asking if we want to replace our food or just complain about it. After multiple times of attempting to advise that we were not in the area anymore and were not able to revise our food at the window to confirm it was done as ordered & advise we were just calling to let them know of our concern, the person disconnected the call. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE RUDE AND NASTY! If I had a choice I wouldn't even give them a star!! Only way I could have posted this review!!

i ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes and BOTH came without meat or cheese. i’m livid.

We stopped here because we were told that this is the original Taco Bell. There was no indication of this, and when asked the employees didn't seem to take any pride in this either. So, either I'm wrong or the owner is missing out on a great opportunity to play this angle up. Food was okay. I was told to use the self-help kiosk, but my wife was able to order at the counter.

Like all Taco Bells - this is not fast food. The drive thru usually takes a while. They seal the bag because of COVID (doesn't make a lot of sense to me) so that you have to rip it open to make sure your order is correct. More often than not, it's not correct. I wouldn't recommend driving off without checking it first.

The lines late night are a bit ridiculous. You would think they would at least be staff properly for that late night shifts especially at the skidaway location . As a delivery driver it's hard to make good money when it's almost unobtainable to be able receive anything unless you catch them before 10pm. Unless your prepare to wait 20-45 minutes to get food or deliver someone else's meal..your going g to be disappointed

They messed up my order and refused to open the lobby door to correct it made me wait in the drive thru for a second time to address the issue. Was met with attitude and disrespect immediately upon opening the window. Was given another order that was incorrect AGAIN! Lied about being able to do refunds then refunded me the incorrect amount. Unacceptable period!
