My boyfriend and I have been Stoners customers for years. We went in yesterday and ordered a large thin crust pizza with extra cheese and mushrooms. It was hot and fresh. Ms. Kim was very friendly and helpful.

Update; We spoke to the actual store manager, and told her what had happened. She stated that our order wasnt the only order that got messed up, mentioned the other employee didn't even put down our credit and refunded us for the whole meal. We weren't even asking for anything we just wanted to let her know what happened, people make mistakes you learn from them. But we appreciate what she did and actually took the time to resolve it.-------This is the second time I've ever had stoners, first time was okay. That was over 2 yrs ago. Then just again last night I figured ordering pizza after a very tough week was worth it. Definitely not. I had my brother pick up (2 large pizza's,garlic knots & a 2lt drink) on the way home only for him to get home and realize they gave him 1 wrong pizza. Never ordered a supreme. Ordered a large cheese w/ 4 extra toppings. We called them told them what happened, and that we were not driving 20+ minutes just to return it and also that they gave somebody our pizza. They said they would credit us $15 worth of pizza, out of my $50 order. The garlic knots tasted rubbery and were not delightful. I forced myself to eat the pizza which was not put together well and I'm very disappointed. I try to give places benefit of the doubt and second chances. But y'all can keep the $15 credit. I'm not returning.

This pizza has never seen an oven a day in its life. This place should be sponsored by pillsbury because they got the dough. The garlic sauce has enough garlic to keep Dracula away. Two stars because The staff isn’t bad as the review says. Pizza also wasn’t cut.

Yeah. Don't order from this place. HOOD RATS WORK HERE. I called in a order for delivery and asked that one side had mushrooms. They put mushrooms on the entire pizza. I called about it. What I was told is okay what do you want me to do about it! My response completely taken aback was what can you do. I then was told to hold on. Upon returning to the phone I was informed that they couldn't do anything about it because the one that took my order said I didn't tell her that. GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL! I asked if I was speaking with the manager he said no. That's what the manager told me to tell you. LIKE WOW! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN.

Not a big fan of the wings, I personally do not like the smell of raw chicken or underdone meat covered in sauce. I ordered a medium pizza and a small pizza, couldn't tell the difference of either since they were both in the same sized box. My pizzas were soggy but I'm a big fan of NY style pizza so it was decent enough to eat. Are y'all afraid to turn up the heat in the kitchen or something? Everything needs to be WELL DONE. Where's the crisp??

Dear Stoners Pizza joint, it's been nice doing business with you over the years, but after tonight I will drive past your store to other Pizza places. I ordered a large, thin crust, pepperoni & bacon and a small cheese pizza... CARRYOUT!!!!! $26.19. That is beyond ridiculous... See ya..

Bought my last pizza there tonight. 1 large thin crust pepperoni & bacon, one small cheese. $26.19. Did I mention this was a carryout order. I will drive by your store to go elsewhere... bye

If I wanted to use door dash in would have. Also they forgot my soda and then they ghosted me when I tired to call about my soda. I should have know there was an issue when I had to call twice to plac

Not sure why the reviews are so terrible, but I loved this pizza. I’m from NY, so that’s saying a lot. We stayed simple with cheese and splurged with a raspberry cheesecake calzone. Absolutely delicious.

Raw, soggy, paper thin pizza dough. Middle of the pizza had a membrane of dough so thin that the moisture from the sauce glued half the slices to the cardboard and made the box so wet I could easily poke a hole in it with my finger. The cheese was thicker than the crust but it didn't save the toppings from sliding off and the whole thing turning into a sloppy mess. I know I asked for thin crust but this seems just little extreme. The thing was stone cold when it got here too. Stromboli was inedible because it was almost entirely raw. And I don't mean underdone. I mean huge globs of still stretchy uncooked dough. Cookies were still practically dough too. I don't think I've ever impersonated Gordon Ramsay as much in my whole life as I did trying to eat this stuff. RAW and DISGUSTING.
