The slowest bunch of “people” I’ve ever encountered. I’m amazed they know how to tie their shoes. Assuming they don’t get snails to replace the workers, you’d be better off shoveling dirt in your mouth to get something worthwhile. I’ve never visited a Starbucks quite as bad as this one. Extremely slow service, and spaced-out employees that can’t grasp a word you say. I guess this truly is the companies image. Yikes.
I stop in at Starbucks usually on my way to work. My drink is always terrific! The morning staff is so warm and inviting as they greet you everyday!
This place is always busy but everything moves along pretty quickly, considering. The staff is efficient and friendly. They always make my latte right.
I hate the fact that the baristas at this establishment think they are getting paid for socializing. There are multiple cars in the drive thru and the person at the window was chitchatting away while we waited impatiently to get our order. I find it very disrespectful of other people's time. I'm done with this company.
This store is usually very busy given its location. Mobile orders run about 15 min on average and lobby orders can run about the same time especially during morning hours before 10. But they are always polite given the chaos.
It was nice to finally be able to go back inside this location as the drive thru is usually lengthy. Wonderful remodel that makes the store much more inviting and the Baristas themselves are quick, efficient, and friendly!
This location is a good location BUT it's always up in the air how you can access this location from day to day. Like today, its freezing, wet and windy and all I wanted was a nice hot Starbucks to walk home with (can't afford a car in our current economy) and now I have to walk home freezing cause the dining room is closed and they wouldn't allow me to walk through their drive-thru since the inside is closed. Very disappointing!! ? I've tried calling ahead before to make sure the inside is open and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Hope a different coffee place pops up close soon. ?
consistently good coffee with good service. They have a drive thru and it works well to get you coffee quick. Thank you for the good service.
Paid for a trenta sized drink and received a tall via delivery. They won't even dignify me with answering the phone when I call try to rectify it. Unreliable location.
