My absolute least friendly service I have ever gotten at a Starbucks, and I am a frequent Starbucks customer all around the Savannah area! I understand quick and timely service but when u are not properly greeted and rushed to order it becomes a problem. I couldn’t even get my order out completely before I was rudely interrupted with “ is that all” and to top off my not so great service my cold brew does not taste that great and I can’t even taste the Carmel that I asked for at all!! I will not return to this Starbucks!!
Firstly, I was rudely asked what I wanted to order, wasn’t even asked hi, hello, how are you or anything. So much so, that I literally thought to myself about just leaving right then and there because I had a gut feeling. But gave another chance. I was ordering for my mother and got her food and drink and took it to her all the way back to the car. She wasn’t happy with how it was made (it was practically the color of dirt and I know not many people would like that anyways) so I walked back in and asked KINDLY if they could make another drink. Man, they weren’t happy about that. I then ordered another drink and the entire cup was milk haha like, wow. I felt it was done out of spite. I just decided to take the drink and go. I eventually called corporate and they were so kind enough to give me a full refund. Safe to say, I won’t be coming back to this location. It only takes one bad experience for me. Shanika, I hope your day gets better.

They were not busy at all and the baristas were both very kind I wasn't sure what I wanted to drink so I told them something hot with caramel and not the standard so they made me an extra caramel macchiato and it was delicious I will order it again when I am at that Starbucks
