Always a long line, never enough baristas for the customers, and they don’t even scan the Starbucks app codes. So when I went in this morning for my birthday reward, they couldn’t even give me one because their system doesn’t scan the code.
Their vanilla Frappuccino is so good.

Went this morning for a cup of decaf. This location actually brews decaf coffee unlike many others who have to do an Americano or a pour over. No wait and the employees were both polite and engaging.
The worst experience I have had there. The workers are extremely slow. I waited about 15 minutes for a drink. When people who ordered after me started receiving theirs before me, I went to the counter to ask about my order. The barista just stood there and told me it would take another 5 minutes to make the iced coffee... I told him I was not going to wait. He did not apologize or offer to refund me.
a Kroger employee stepped in front of us & proceeded to order 8 specialty drinks. We'd been waiting 20 min to order. How RUDE
I love Starbucks but at $5.00 a drink I expect quality. I made a purchase this morning 6/11/21 at 7:30am roughly. It was a white chocolate mocha. I am not sure what she gave me but it is without a doubt the worst drink I have ever tasted in my life. It had no sugar at all, none, and it had no cream either. It was the consistency of thick mud and super strong. Clearly the barista does not need to work there.
True, the worst customer experience ever. If I order a big drink with no ice they fill the cup half full telling me I just paid til there. No water no nothing. Usually something is broken anyway or they don't have coffee. You're lucky if the drink is correct anyway. By the refresher you have to argue that the fruit is part of the drink not just the juice and water. This starbucks is the worst store ever.
The baristas here are incredibly SLOW. It took a very long time to get my drink, and they weren’t busy.
Worst Starbucks ever. Never has ingredients advertised. The manager Tracy has the worst attitude. Great way to start your day if you want someone to be cranky literally everyday. Never changes. They need better staff
