Ordered the "Pink Drink" it was very good, the staff were friendly and there wasn't much of a wait.
Cannot harp on the decor or the cleanliness of the establishment because it has a great atmosphere. I did not like the smell though when I walked in. It smelled like old, used coffee still in their filters. It is in a location that's pretty much walk up only since there's no parking in front. Personally, I would locate one right in the marketplace where the foot traffic is heaviest. The foot traffic at this location was not what you come to expect from a Starbucks location anywhere. There were only a couple of patrons sitting inside and there was no line. However, the 2 drinks ordered still took close to 7 minutes to be made and called out. The smell and the time it took to get a couple of drinks explains why there was hardly anyone in this establishment. Definitely not a location that will be on my list to visit the next time I'm in Savannah.
The store is quite large, with a comfortable seating area. The decor is in black and brown there is an interesting mural of a mermaid on the wall across from the counter area. Drinks are standard starbucks quality, pleasant staff. This store is worth checking out just for the mural and atmosphere I was pleasantly surprised and glad we stopped in.
My girlfriend an ALLERGY to cold known as Cold Urticaria meaning she can’t have cold beverages or she’ll go into anaphylactic shock . We were eating at a restaurant that doesn’t have a hot water button so we decided to go to Starbucks to get a drink we’ve bought plenty of times to accommodate her allergy. They said they couldn’t make a refresher hot. Even though every other Starbucks has done this for us. Bad customer service and was rude. Just because you don’t think juice should be hot doesn’t mean it can’t be sold. If it was about liability you could have just stuck a hot drink coaster on it instead.
Always a great place to stop and get coffee. Friendly people. No matter where we go you can always expect a smiling face and a cheerful greeting when you walk in.
I work in downtown Savannah and I come here almost everyday and I can honestly say their staff is amazing. I’m greeted every time I walk in the door and my orders are pretty much always correct. The people working here are amazing and if they haven’t gotten raises then they need one!
Went there twice and the baristas are super sweet and talented. I have a very particular teenager that loves to order very specific items! They delivered! Nice cozy porch set up outside if you bring your own bug spray..For Spring brings out all those pesky no- seeums!!!
Cool downtown location. The service was great. The order was accurate and fresh. Nice dining area and huge counter to handle the downtown crowd.
Drinks were fine. Attitude and service was bad. Must be a tough Tuesday.
Absolutely the best coffee I’ve ever had. Best experience ever at a Starbucks. These guys rock!
