Continues to be the slowest service of any starbucks I have ever been too. They all act depressed and no smiles.Its a shame.
You would think this coffee shop would be monitored to make sure that the quality of service was on point as well as the quality of their menu items, being that it is on River Street with a high volume of tourists.Unfortunately, neither was on point.I had an attendant with attitude who clearly didn't want to be there, and then had to go back to her to have her remake my coffee, which was just as bad the 2nd time, which I just threw away.The manager seemed overwhelmed and irritated and not in control of her crew, at all.Not sure if this is a daily experience or I just caught them on a bad day, but, I won't be going back to find out.It left a bad taste in my mouth.... quite literally ?
Don't do Starbucks they don't support our Troops and advocate every WOKE thing imaginable. My son went therefor a cookie for his son.
One of the better Starbucks I’ve been to. The artwork was beautiful and had a good atmosphere. I loved the long couch in the center of the dining area. It made this Starbucks very comfortable and gave ample space for everyone.
Staff at this starbucks is Super friendly. Really nice place to go
I am a faithful Starbucks customer but Customer service sucks at this location !! I took my niece and nephew here to get hot chocolate etc , the 2 ladies behind the counter were soo rude!! The older African American lady with glasses had a huge attitude and she even repeatedly touched the inside of our lids with her bare hands and nails. & the foreign lady was very rude also. Never coming to this location again
