Awesome pizza! Got the hot pizza with... wait for it.... HOT HONEY?? AMAZING!I thought it paired great with the Old Man Squirrel (pint of Coors Banquet with a finger of Old Forester)Great spot for great pizza!

I reviewing this place so that others am avoid the negative experience I had eating here before it’s too late. When I arrived I asked if a 12” pizza would be enough for one or two people and was told it would be more than enough for one. 12”, according to Google and any normal pizza place means a medium sized pizza of 8 slices. To be safe, I ordered two pizzas because I wanted leftovers. when the pizzas arrived to my table they were very small, measly, extremely thin crusted pizza and were sliced into four pieces. Even if these pizzas were sliced into 8 pieces it would not be enough pizza to actually consider it a medium sized 12” 8 piece pizza. I was able to finish both small four piece pizzas by myself with no leftovers and still be hungry which emphasizes how little food it was. On top of that, when I was ordering I asked the woman if I could have black olives on my pizza and she told me that “olives are an American topping and this is an Italian pizza place so they don’t have them and never have had olives in the three years they’ve been open” last time I checked olives and olive oil and pretty much anything olive is from Italy, making olives Italian. I requested arugula and mushrooms instead and she told me they didn’t have either of those toppings either. As I was eating I saw pesto sauce being put on pizza without gloves after money had been handled as well, which surely can’t be sanitary or following the correct health codes. When I finished the meal I was charged $40 for the two measly pizzas and also acknowledged little to none about my happiness towards the dining experience while I was there. Overall, complete waste of time and money, do not eat here they won’t be in business for long with the sub-par management, rude and oblivious staff, and measly yet expensive food.

I don't usually give reviews but this was so disappointing, I want to help others know what this is like. First point, I am thinking the varying reviews must be the delivery, the pizza was beyond stone cold when it arrived by Uber Eats. It takes 10 minutes (or so) to cook, but an hour for delivery....gives you a picture of how cold it comes delivered. Uber Easts does not have pizza warmers for their drivers so it was sitting in the car for 45 minutes getting cold. A detail that matters. The positive reviews must be eating at the location, no delivery involved. Second point, it looks NOTHING like the pictures. A margarita pizza has sauce on bottom and blobs of FRESH mozzarella and fresh basil on top....this was a cheese pizza with dashes of sauce (barely) and a sparse dusting of basil...awful....and the cheese on top was so COLD it was solid, but greasy, really yuck. Definitely choose another place if ordering delivery. Blaaa, awful.Response to your response: In reading the other reviews of people eating in the restaurant, apparently it isn't just the delivery issue. I will not move my review to UberEats as YOU as the restaurant are in full control of who you choose to deliver your pizza or not. If you know they deliver your pizza stone cold, why do you let them deliver it? Poor choice in the running of your business on your behalf.Second, my review was not just about the cold pizza. Apparently it isn't clearly stated on your website that you put hard motz on all pizzas. I couldn't find the blanket statement that all pizzas come with hard motz even though hard motz isn't listed in the ingredient list for each pizza. No where it that on your web page menu and it definitely isn't on any of the delivery online menus. I want back and looked. Ridiculous. It was think as paper, small, ingredients say fresh motz and basil, but comes with hard motz... Blaa

Great pizza! The brick oven makes the crust bubbly and toasted in spots so it has great texture and flavor. We got the Margaret and Pineapple smoke Bacon pizzas. The Margaret was simple yet very flavorful. We were so hungry and the pizza was so good, all I have is pics of the empty boxes! Definitely would eat here again, definitely would recommend to others.

Nice quiet eatery and bar. Pleasant atmosphere, relaxed, with outdoor dining to enjoy beautiful days, with excellent food and service. I agree with other reviewers and the pizza can be a little bigger. However, the taste makes up for that outstandingly.

Ehhh....fail...Pizza is cold, pizza is 10 1/2 " for 20$+Absolutely not worth it...Don't waste your money here or your timeThe 2 girls sitting in the back booth seemed more occupied with their phones then a new customer that came in to pickup an order. Then they, along with the guy making pizza was clueless if they had made the order or made it twice. The "chef trained in national restaurants" needs to address the staff's training in food production and awareness or I don't see this place having longevity in the hospitality industry here.

If you are looking for wood fired pizza in Savannah, look no further. The pizza is amazing, the service is great and the bar is really cozy too. I do not think any place in the city beats the prices of Squirrel pizza for the quality of pizza we had. If we are ever back in the city, we will be stopping by again.

My wife and I came down from N.Y last week to check out the city. We found ourselves around the area and made our way into squirrels. We were happy to find a nice pizza shop with some excellent selections. She prefers a gluten free pie, and the manager said that was not an issue at all. We both really enjoyed it and would for sure recommend to someone looking for a nice sit down style pizza joint.

Loved this spot! Honestly the pizza was perfect , we hid the hot pepper pie with the honey drizzle and the jalapeño was the perfect blend of heat and sweet!!! We stumbled upon this gem next to the Tikki bar and the crispy thin crust is definitely best In Savannah

We had the Korean wings, pepperoni and sausage pizza, and the grilled pineapple and bacon pizza—all were delicious! The pizzas tasted very fresh and were cooked perfectly. You can tell the ingredients they use are top quality. I added the hot honey to the pineapple and bacon pizza and it was phenomenal!
