Horrible service. Every time my wife orders they make her drink wrong. And every time we go back to fix it the same guy acts like he has no clue what we're talking about. Every employee except this guy is usually nice and courteous but it's just this one guy who's always mean to my wife. I wouldn't say anything if it was just one time but Every time we order something and here's there, there's always an issue.
I enjoy a good ocean water every now and then. My only request for all sonics is to CHANGE YOUR COOKING OIL!!! I ordered chicken tenders and my DOG wouldn't even eat them. They were discolored and smelled like plastic. PLEASE, PLEASE!!!
Worst Sonic I’ve ever been to. Literally came in for 2 drinks and an order of tots. Then proceeded to wait as a young girl with a bun approached a car and then proceeded to have a nice chat with the driver(seems they new each other as they were laughing and giggling). Pressed the button to alert them that we were still waiting and received a response “ok give me a few moments, it’ll be out in a bit”… 10min pass by and the same chick in a bun approaches another car that had arrived after us, when we flagged her down And explained that we never got our food we got another “oh ok.. give me a few moment” the girl looked high and had us repeat the order multiple times as she couldn’t keep up. This is the worst example of customer service for a company that prides themselves for speedy service. If this is a franchise owned location I feel bad for the bad representation of the company that has been shown. Based off the other Google reviews and yelp reviews this is a common experience at this location. It goes back far enough to show that owners and local leadership do not truly care about flow of customers. Sad, really sad…
We are from Ohio we had been driving ALL day (around11hrs) when we reached Savannah Georgia we decided to get some food and a room for the night we ordered through the drive thru on Canebreak Rd. We ordered 6 burgers and 6 fries pretty simple. Got to our hotel and was short one meal. We were to exhausted to go back so my husband and I split a burger and fries so my kids could eat but needless to say it was not very filling after hrs on the road. Very Dissapointed.
The worst Sonic I’ve ever been to, just like many others. Employees didn’t care about anything. Maria was so lost and confused, she didn’t know what was going on with anything. Waiting 30 minutes for 2 drinks and a tot. Never got the food even after asking 3 times about my order.
Terrible service. Tried to order at the patio. Told they were out of everything. Ordered fine at the car drive up. The bathroom was locked. One employee said it's not locked. Tried again. Still locked. The next employee said it was out of order. Watched two employee unlock the door for another person and lock it right back up.
It was good, but I ordered 2 chili cheese coneys, and got 2 all American hot dogs instead
Pretty sad if you come here late at night. Pull up to the drive thru after already waiting 20 minutes in line and they start off with “it’ll be 10 minutes before we take your order” Time to staff up Sonic!
Dropped by for blast from the past Ocean Water & Cherry Limeade. Must admit it was a little disappointing as the flavors weren't quite up to par which is why I say Meh...it's OK.
Ordered a number 1 which is a cheeseburger got home it was a cold chicken sandwich, fries were cold and the drinks were flat tried to call to speak with a manager, no one picked up and the voice mail wasn't set up. I will be calling back in the morning.THE WORST SONIC I EVER HAD!!!!!
