2 days in a row I was given a supersonic burrito with no meat and no tots inside. Sonic sure has fallen from grace and Burger King has some real competition when it comes to getting your order wrong.
We ordered ahead, and when our food was delivered we were missing half of our order. The woman I spoke to was rather rude over the intercom, and when we got home, realized we were still missing several sauces and a cheese dip. Wanted to drive back, but it feels like such a waste of time and a disappointment at this point. I'm not pleased at all with the service we received today
Don't waste your money and especially your timeI've been to this Sonic a few times now and each time has been a bigger disappointment than the last. I ordered a #15 (burrito, tots and cold brew coffee). You can't get much easier than that yet it took over 25 minutes.Drive thru moved right along and others who got there after me had their food in less than half the time. At no time did anyone follow up to say how long it would be.I pressed the button and said it had been over 25 minutes. They said the food would be right out and wouldn't you know it, 30 seconds later I got my food.The tots were cold but the burrito was hot. I don't know if this location can't keep people, and with the nasty disposition most of them have it doesn't look like they're enjoying life, but the service is garbage.I will say though the guy that brought out my food was nice
Food was good and fresh. I gave it a three because drive-through girl was on her phone instead of paying attention to customer . She actually gave us a drink and said have a good night , say what? Uhmm.. we have two meals, she could not focus because she had her airpods in her ear this should not be allowed at all!!
Horrible experience, cold hard almost burned food, and was asked to pull up to fulfill my order, what a J O K E , had to toss this waste of food/money and go get a quality Ronald lunch just wasted my lunch time there because the lines were long, and that was an issue as it was only two cars ahead of me and one behind GO FIGURE!!! during the peek of lunch rush,my drink was even wrong,I don't EVER return to these over employeed places to waste my time/money as it was at least 5 people working none were tending vehicles so why the waste of products????? Not a place I will advise/patron again in future, unless that crew has changed their attitude on why they are on that side of the window.
I just sat in line 20 minutes to get to the window and now I had to pull forward and sit and wait even longer. This is ridiculous. Don’t waste your time.Edit: after 37 minutes in the drive thru, they got my order wrong, I got my money back and had them remake my food, it was wrong again the second time even though the manager made it and I still have no drinks. I am out. I won’t ever be back. If I could give negative stars, I would.

Good food, (as fast food go). Depending on what time of day you go will determine the length of the line, but they are usually good about getting lines down in an acceptable amount of time.
Gave me the wrong drink and then the wrong food. Didn't ask what my order was when I pulled up to the window. Never gave an apology.
Love the 1/2 Price Slush and Promos that they have through the app.
