I really enjoy the food and drinks here. There wasn't a long wait in line at the drive thru
Everytime I ordered they always get it wrong7/1/22 sausage burrito no chesse mustard all over it. No grape slushie just cup ice been calling all day line busy last time order from there
Food was fine. But they were slow even for a sonic. And definitely not close to the friendliest of the local sonic's.
This place is great, always fast, friendly, fresh! I come here just about every day (5 times a week at minimum) for lunch and order is always correct (and I'm complicated with my order)Honestly the crew members deserve the place to be remodeled. Non of the stalls work half of the time, the place is run down. But they still give their best and just deserve a newer sonic.I see so many other ones being remodeled to the newest layouts ect.
This Sonic saved my business with the quality and taste of the food they served me. I had pretty much written Sonic off my fast food list due to two consecutive bad experiences. One in Greensburg, PA, the second on the road to Savannah. Fifth star will be awarded provided food quality and service remain consistently good. I will definately return!
The employees are traying hard and doing the best they can. I feel like the franchisor needs to do a better job of making information available to employees with regards to drinks.
Awful just awful. Nothing was right. Had to give my sprite back to add the strawberries. Didn’t add extra cookie dough to my blast even tho I asked 3 times and she got annoyed and said she got it. Didn’t add my pup cup so I had to ask for that again and to top the cake off order a number 12 with the chicken and literally have chunks of breading and I live 30 mins away and don’t wanna drive back to fix it. Really disappointed tonight.
Takes awhile if you are getting a family sized order, but everything was delicious and worth the wait imo. Place looked clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, no negative feedback from anything or anyone there for me.
Went here on March 25, 2022 at 10:50pm for some ice cream for the kids. Mr. Zachary told me the shut the machines down 5 mins ago (10:45pm) for cleaning before they close at 11pm. My thing is why not keep the machine running until closure at 11pm. Does that 15 min difference make a big differences? Its only 15 mins for keeping the machine running.
The service here was absolutely unacceptable. I was one of two cars on site. I placed my order at 7:15am. At 7:30am I pressed the button again to check on my order and was told it was on the way. This was a dine in available site so at 7:42 I went inside. Everyone just kinda looked at me and dismissed me. I was finally able to get someone’s attention about 7:45 then waited another 5 minutes for my food. It was made incorrectly and had poor quality taste.
