Waited in the car line for over 20 minutes to get food. When I got to the window they did apologize for the wait as it was only 2 cooks working at that time. I ordered the toaster club along with two other items. I ate the other items and saved the sandwich for later. Around 10:50pm I decided to eat it, warmed it up for 30 seconds and took a bite. I only got a small bite in when I saw what looked like a big fried onion that I bit into. In fact it was the chicken, it was soo dried up and tuff that I didn't even want the sandwich anymore.
This Sonic is absolutely atrocious! We ordered very simple items and were told to pull into a stall. The gentleman who took our order brought us a coke and an order of fries and said our milkshake, hot fudge sundae and butterfinger blast would be right out. 30 minutes of waiting and watching others get served and my wife and I finally went to the window to ask for our order. A lady came out and asked if we were told to pull into a stall and we said yes and she seemed dumbfounded! Another 5 minutes and 2 more customers go through the drive through and I get the attention of another worker and asked her for my money back. The first lady then came out and said she wanted the fries and coke back! My friend had already eaten the fries and my wife had drank the coke! I asked for my money back for the items never given to us and she had quite an attitude but went back in the store. 5 minutes waiting, AGAIN, and she reappears and hands my wife our receipt but doesn’t explain where my money is so I asked her and she got an even worse attitude and said it will be refunded in 3-5 business days! The absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! I know this will fall on deaf ears but maybe a potential customer will read this and steer clear of this horrible place. By the way, there were a dozen employees “working” at the time and one was on her personal phone and one was enjoying a butterfinger blast….! RIDICULOUS!!!!! This restaurant is located on Ogeechee Rd at Chatham Parkway in Savannah, Georgia.
Inconsiderate employees and owners! We waited way to long for our food. And demanded we pay extra money to add a few pickles. They were full of excuses with no solutions! At this location customers come last! Avoid like the plague!
I tried to eat here for 2 days and both times I couldn't even get my order taken. The first time they must have had a deaf man on the mic. I must've repeated my order like 6 times and he still didn't get it. The 2nd time they just ignored me after telling me they were short staffed. Just shut it down at this point
Let's start with the wait. I pulled right up to the order window and ordered, no issues there. 2 cars were ahead of me for the pick up window. I arrived at the window and paid. Got my frozen treats then the wait began. 20 minutes later I am still at the window. I eventually got my cold food. Had to take it home as even the fries were cold, had to put them in the oven to reheat and crisp. The Buffalo chicken bites were way too salty. The hot dog and mozzarella sticks were good after warming in the oven as well. The frozen treats were good.
They have really bad customer service here. Rude like they hate their job and take it out on customers. Also won't let you order multiple orders which is ridiculous. REALLY NEED TO DO BETTER
Food was good but took forever to get food after it was ordered honestly thought was i forgotten about for 45 mins
Service was slow (30 minutes), got the order wrong, and the waitress failed to correct the order when we told them it was wrong. Waste of time.
We were in the parking lot it was 10 minutes till opening the manager came to the store she took our order in the parking lot and it was ready just after six how nice was that
Hands-down the worst sonic in the world. Every single time I’ve been there’s no one there but they still take 10+ minutes to make the simplest of orders, i.e. kids meal. Sonic is also known for its many different ice cream choices but every time I go magically the ice cream machine is down. Every time I’ve been also you have to wait five minutes before they will take your order. Lazy, slow, lying, terribly ran store. Never, ever go here. This will definitely be the last time I go, probably to any sonic again. Just absolutely horrifically terrible. Also, yes to the person who is responding to reviews- of course I want this locations owner to know how it’s being ran.
