My name is Edwina Dunham I am here at your abacorn street store here in Savannah Georgia you have 6 employees here you may close the store 10 minutes before 9 o'clock people are coming in for service and they said well ma'am we're closed we wanna leave early said we don't have time we don't have time tonight we need to leave so they close the store before time and you have a young man with twisties in his hair and he drives a ultimate a white ultimate a white Ultima his license places T EP9061 You have some very unprofessional people that work to the Smoothie King on white bluff road they closed the store when they get ready they road your clock until then. They closed the store when they are ready and they get their smoothies and go home and leave the customers without
this place was nasty! trash everywhere!!! pizza boxes just lying around. pizza crust in the chair just chillin there the staff was nasty! floor was sticky i will never come back here.
If you can help it don’t come here, it legitimately has some of the worse customer service I’ve seen.You can sense that no one wants to be there, the employees make it seem like you are annoying them by patronizing their establishment.The franchise owner really needs to do more thorough interviews because these people give his establishment a bad rep.I’ve come here three times and each time the employees are on their phones, have AirPods in and the complete opposite of friendly.Terrible establishment regarding the customer service, I thought it could have just been a bad day but nope that’s just who they are.
Worst smoothie I have ever had. Watery and icy. The staff were nice though...
Never again will I come to this location they don’t care about your order this lady didn’t even blend my smoothie all the way so I got chunks of the protein blend in it
Smoothie King is the best place to go to get a good smoothie. Today I had the "Worse" experience. While I waited I sat back and observed 2 of the 3 workers were unorganized and didn't know what order was what or who's. Once I got my order a Banana Boat I tasted it and it tasted like Ice and Protein. So I asked for a new one. The next one tasted a little better like Ice and Bananas but still wasn't what I paid my money for. Maybe next time I'll get what I paid for. I love getting Smoothie King when im in the area.
I was quite pleased with the stores overall appearance and the young lady named Robbin helped me modify my smoothie and it tasted amazing!
Went in with my son on 11/13 in the afternoon. The guy would not engage me at all. My son and I, walked in we said "hello" the employee lifted his head and went about his business. After standing there for a few min the employee walked up to the register looked at me with a blank stare on his face. I asked him again "how he was doing?" As I stepped forward to place my order. He just walked off.....and we left. Not the first time attitude and lack of any enthusiasm has happened at this location, but it the last time for me. Time for some new management.
Hit or miss, this is probably my least favorite smoothie king around the area because of the inconsistency. Some employees are nice but some aren’t and show that they just don’t really care.
Walked in then right back out, employee was nice but wasn’t required to wear mask or gloves apparently. This location used to be my favorite.
