The young woman working on 06/25/22 is an artist when making smoothies, my brother and I each got a smoothie and both were creamy and thick and melted in our mouths. These were the best smoothies we have ever had.
We drove 20 minutes to get to this Smoothie King and it was 8:40 when we arrived. It closes at 9:00. We walked in with 3 other parties behind us and the lady told all of us that she meant to lock the door already and that they close at 8:30. The door and sign said that they remain open until 9:00. She refused to serve us and sent us away so make sure you go at least an hour before they close so that they will serve you.
Let me start by saying I go to smoothie king a lot. I come to this location a lot, and usually have no issues both girls were super rude I believe the one who rung me up name was Katelyn and the other ones name was Arianna. From me walking in the one who rung me was rude. I tried to use my rewards and my total would have been less but because they didn’t know how to switch it off the card for me to pay cash I had to pay full price. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if they weren’t so nasty and rude about it. They could have called a manager but made rude facially expressions and said you’re going to have to pay full price, they didn’t even try to solve the issue. If it wasn’t for getting these smoothies for someone else I would not have paid a dime in there!
I love smoothie king, but this location sucks ! I always order the same thing and it always taste very different. These people clearly don’t know what they’re doing.
Hit or miss. The obese black girl with the tattoo behind her left ear is extremely rude & I've noticed my smoothies are never as good when she's behind the counter. If she's not working then the smoothies are pretty good.
I order a passion passport and And the worker was not familiar with making it so they did they made it it taste totally different I brought it back in the store and I threw it in the trashcan and had them to remake it and when they remade it it taste was horrible I would like a refund and please train your employees how to make your smoothies
I went to this smoothie king and had a wonderful experience! The ladies was nice and attentive! I was in and out and greeted with a smile!
Best experience I have had in a while! Eric and Neesha were great! This is my favorite location!
Recommend for all!! Certified clean protein powders, enhancers and flavors made fresh catered your way! Best place for smoothies in my opinion, have yet to waste a drop.
i recently started to come back to this location last week due to hearing about the new staff and management. i couldn’t be any happier with my smoothies now. The new manager hailey really flipped this place around and i’ll definitely come back every week!
