We ordered takeout & we were missing 3 items. We had to go back to get the remaining items since we weren’t staying far. It would have been nice to be given something complimentary since they forgot. Overall the food was very good.
5 star's for the salad bar. That's all we ever get. And it is awesome.
The food was great, but the service was a little slow. They were not very busy, only about 6 or 7 tables, but our waitress would disappear for long periods of time. All in all it was a good experience and we will be visiting again. ?
The salad bar is consistently fresh, clean and tasty. I am a repeat customer and often sit at the bar. The bartenders are very nice and helpful. Thanks!The $2 beer specials are special too!

Ruby Tuesday has always had a great salad bar. Now they have a lunch all-you-care-to-eat soup/salad special. We like eating here because it's a great light meal when you're traveling. The soups aren't too bad (calories), but you can also just eat part or none of the soup and save $$ with the special.
The salmon was dry, over cooked as well as the zucchini that came with it. The rest of our meals were fine. The crispy chicken Mac and cheese was delicious. The kids marinara and noodles was good. The chocolate milk was actually just regular milk...no warning, they were just out. But not a huge deal. The Mango--Rita was very good! The salad bar...my main reason for choosing to go to Ruby Tuesdays, was as always the highlight of my meal!
Very disappointed. Our server, Madison, I noticed was working very hard at cleaning the dining area. I even remarked to my husband with only 6 people being in the dining room, she was really keeping herself busy while still being attentive. THEN..the couple behind us noticed an error on their bill. They were billed for something they did not receive. At that time a party of approximately 12 arrived with gifts and balloons ready to celebrate a birthday. The hostess informed them they could not be seated together. I do not know the reason but remember only 6 people in the dining area. They asked to be together. The hostess went to the Manager twice to ask about seating. Obviously the Manager declined their request. Ruby Tuesday just lost a good sale and customers as I watched them leave and go to Applebee's next door!! Then our bill. I ordered a margarita. When asked if I wanted top shelf I declined and opted for house cocktail. I was charged for top shelf and when I questioned this I was told top shelf is their house margarita. THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT MARGARITAS ON THE MENU. Rather than argue over something that was so hard for someone to comprehend, we paid and left taking one last look around never to return. The Manager should be replaced for turning those people away for no apparent reason!!
I had never been to a Ruby Tuesday before and was satisfied with the food and experience. Our server was very kind and the food was good.
I ordered DoorDash from Libby's BBQ which is cooked at Ruby Tuesday. Not only was the order incorrect, but it came like this. Wet fries, dry meat, and all cold. I contacted DoorDash and they offered me les than the delivery fee as a refund. I complained more and got it up to about $13. Original total with tip for this mess was over $37. I brought it back to Ruby Tuesday and they offered to make it again if I called DoorDash and got a code from them. I just left it on the counter. Save your money.
