Wow never written a bad review.But i waited over an hour in the drive through just to tell me yall are out of what I ordered when I pull up to the window.Also would like to make note there was 4 employees in the restaurant standing around not doing anything while they have a long line to the street causing traffic!!!Sad!
Horrible and slow service.The staff seems a bit rude. No smiles ever.Seems like dine and take out is always closed.Drive through takes at least 25-30 minute wait and then you hope they get your order correct.I see why so many other reviewers have left negative feedback
Love the Popeyes Mac & Cheese and Biscuits. If you're looking for the consistent fast food Popeyes' taste this location does not disappoint. The staff is actually really friendly and happy every time I've gone. Only 4-stars because the location is very difficult to get to and can be very slow in getting through the drive-thru.
Literally sat in the drive thru for 45 minutes as I watched 4 employees messing around the front counter doing nothing for the 20 minutes that I sat in one spot next to the door. As someone who has worked fast food and has fried chicken for a living even if you were taking and making each order before taking the next, still wouldn't take this long. It's absolutely ridiculous
First there was a long wait. Then when I ordered my food, I told the employee mild. When I get to the window the guy said spicy and I corrected him. Things would have been fine if the employee who took my order, wasnt loudly complaining in the back and doubling down on how I told her spicy. Chickens aren't burgers, I cannot change or remove the spicyness off of it. Maybe next time that employee should actually listen.
My experience today was absolutely HORRIBLE. My wife ordered our food online with the option to pick up in store instead of through the drive through. I get there and the line is out to Victory Dr. I walk to the door and it's locked. An employee was standing right by the door and looked me in my face while I'm knocking and waving at her and she turned away and walked off. I proceeded to the bigger window where they could see me from behind the counter and knocked. I pointed to my phone to inform them I had an online order and the so called manager didn't even have the decency to come to the door, he just signals me to go to the drive through. I again point to my phone and he shakes his head yes and makes a motion for me to go to the drive through. I sit in the drive through for about 30 mins and get to the window and they are asking what type of sauces or anything that I wanted (which are all clearly stated on my order). I see the manager and he taps the guy giving me my food and says something to him and they both look at me and start laughing. It took everything in me to just grab my food and leave and not cause a scene. Absolutely HORRIBLE service and even horribly ugly individuals that work there. With so many bad reviews I hope this place shuts down.
This manager is so amazing , my leg was hurting and I couldn’t keep get up so she brought my orders to me and said can I do anything else to make this your best experience at our popeyes. wow that was it our popeyes , I’m telling everyone to go to this store the RGM is amazing !!’ Ask her would she marry me !!! BF
