FIRE THE MANAGEMENT!!!!! I'm starting to think no one is reading the reviews on this restaurant... I don't even want to give this place 1 star. I know that staffing is something this country is struggling with (especially Savannah Ga), but the fact that there is so many people complaining about the same problems with this place lets me know NO ONE cares... but I'm leaving this comment for the people who really cares about their hard earned money. There is 2 other Popeyes restaurants less than 5 miles from this place. Shut this place down and don't give the employees "unemployment " they DO NOT deserve it.
Have been to this location multiple times and they're always sold out of multiple items. It was the same situation today, but to make things worse, the chicken has a burnt flavor to it. It didn't look burnt, so the frying oil must have been toast. Looks like I'm stuck waiting in line for 45 min at the Victory location when I need a chicken sammy fix...
OMG...no customer service skills at all! The little rude girl name Marissa, kept messing up the simple order and refused to come to the window to discuss getting it corrected! Worst of all the male mgr working with her on 6/28, said me & my guest were holding up his line! Those two belong together somewhere where they can talk & listen to each other because, they sure can care less about the customers!!! This place has gone way down. Get Marissa some customer service classes, she needs it BAD! ? I won't be back & plan to contact corporate about both her & management!!!
absolutely awful customer service. y’all yelled at my girlfriend for trying to pick up her mobile order claiming “WE ARE CLOSED!!”. It was 10:30, they open at 10. Not cool, get better staff.

I came thru the drive-thru @6pm today and the person on the speaker was very pleasant and nice. Then when I came to the window Manager Mr Keith & Ms Monique made sure my order was fresh, accurate & fast. This is most definitely THE BEST POPEYES in Savannah GA
All I wanted was a Apple pie. When I ordered they told me it would be a seven minute wait. As soon as I pulled up it was ready like 2 min later. I get it it’s ice cold. I give it back and ride back around to the window after sitting there for 7 mins. The lady inside tell the drive thru lady well she will be waiting 7 more, tell her to pull up. The lady at the window didn’t want to repeat what she said so when she looked at me I said I heard pull up.
Usually Popeyes is pretty good. I don’t get it very often, but the few times I’ve had it I was never disappointed.Unfortunately, this time I think I was given some chicken that had gone bad. It tasted really funky. I hope this is a one-time fluke. But I’m really picky about chicken, so this bad experience will probably keep me from coming back to this location.
On 5/21/22, this location had nothing but apple pie. No chicken of any kind. No chicken sandwiches. No chicken by the piece. No sides.The week before, they took my paid order via their app. When I got to the restaurant (around midday) the lobby was locked. I had to walk through the drive thru to get the food I’d paid for.They do not have any signs up stating that the lobby is closed and the location is drive thru only. Today they had no signs up saying they were out of chicken.This location used to be fine. Now it’s a mess. At this point I don’t see how they’re going to stay in business. Surprised they’re not closed permanently. Wish I could give zero stars.
They were out of almost everything I tried to order. Including Sprite! I love me some Popeye's, but this location not so much. Bad attitudes at the drive thru didn't help.
