Lobby always closed regardless of how many staff are present. Have full staff inside and still have lobby closed all the time. Don't go unless you enjoy burning gas sitting g on the drive through for 20- 30 minutes
I only give a one star because 0 isn’t an option. We ordered $70 worth of food on the app and selected pick up in store. I arrived within 10 minutes and went inside, and I was told I had to go through the drive thru. After waiting 20 minutes in line, I made it up to the ordering speaker and I was told they were closed (it was still 10 minutes before posted closing time). I advised them that I had placed an order through the app, and they told me that it didn’t matter and that they were out of food. I asked to speak with the manager, and I could hear them over the intercom laughing and messing around. After asking again for the manager, she came outside and told me that there were just two of them working, which was a bold faced lie since I had already seen more employees inside. The manager was unsympathetic and rude. She even told me that they weren’t even looking at the online orders because they were too busy. I askedher for a refund, and she told us to do it through the app and to “deal with it yourself.” Horrible, deplorable customer service.
HORRIBLE I HAVE BEEN IN DRIVE THROUGH FOR A LITTLE OVER A HOUR !!!! Employee said they only have wings and thighs . Smh at least be fast !
They locked up the inside, so now the drive through is packed backed up in the street, I almost spent a hour in the drive through, No cutlery or napkins, SMH 4pm is when they locked up the dining area
I have never waited in a line longer than I have at this Popeyes location. If you’re wanting to go through the drive-through here, you better be prepared to wait almost an hour just to get your food. They have the chicken prepared already they are just lazy.
Even though the wait was long this location is short staffed but they did work very hard to complete everyone’s order they are so shorthanded and they are doing the best they can and it showed through great customer service, patience, and kindness.I rode all the way over from South Carolina and got hot fresh food it was amazing kudos to the staff there keep up the good work! Thank you!
Great fast and respectful service enjoyed the fresh fried to order chicken from this location shhhh HHhH!!!!!! Don't let everyone know that means less chicken for you and longer waits
Waited over 1 hour at the drive-thru only to find out that they don't have the order that i wanted!!! I ordered something different but then my order was still missing some items! Worst customer service I've ever had. Needs new management asap!
Waited for over 30mins in line to pick up order because inside was closed waited at the window for an additional 10mins while the employees walked around and talked. Fries and chicken were cold, ordered spicy and received both reg and spicy. Very unprofessional staff, won’t be returning to this location.
With the eX-cons and the people at women and men residential. No wonder the food is a disgrace. Convicts and junkies making your food I tried to support! But when you can't get a simple 3 piece right. WOW!
