The store manager is rude I work for DoorDash and he made me hit the button that I got the food then refused to give me the food because I had another order crossed the street he then was telling me he. Not giving me the food because I need to take that order first I don’t work for u u don’t tell me what and how to run my orders I had to call door dash cause this man really is rude and nasty I see why it wasn’t busy in there worst experience I ever had from a restaurant ever for now on I will not pick up on door dash here ever!!!!
My boyfriend made a online order for me so I didn’t have to worry about lunch. My pick up time was 12:15, as I walked in I was happily greeted by a gentleman employee who asked my name. He was just boxing my pizza and wings. Nice, fresh and friendly!
This particular location has had it's share of problems in the past. I was somewhat hesitant about placing an order with them. Things have changed! Very pleased with this experience. Pizza was delicious (The Edge). Hope they keep it on the regular menu. Delivery was fast and friendly. A+
I had stopped eating Pizza Hut for more than 2 years because of the same different reasons previous customers stated in their reviews. However this time I called to make sure pizza would be delivered before I placed my order because there was no delivery driver before. I spoke with Wayne who was very nice & understanding of my situation. He said he was using Door Dash for delivery for now. Long story short my order never arrived even tho it said delivered. After 2hr wait I called back & let Wayne know I had no pizza. He was just as upset as I was because i did receive my order & door dash still charged for that order. He called me numerous times to see if i got my order. When I told him no he went & made my order over for me & gave strict instructions for driver to call me directly if there were any problems finding my address. The previous driver didn't even bother to call me when they couldn't find me & my phone # was right there on the receipt. Wayne went above & beyond to make sure I got my order after a total of 3 1/2 hrs. I called Wayne when I finally got my pizza order. He really appreciated that. I also know when he had time, he tore door dash a new one for the bs they caused. Because of Wayne I will order from Pizza Hut again.
Ordered online from this store. Order never showed up. Yes, thats right it never arrived. Called the storemultiple times and no one answered. I get it there a shortage of help but if they cant even be asked to answer the phone why are they even taking orders? If theres no driver help why is delivery and option??? This was my 1st order with Pizza hut in over a year. This will be my last. When Dominoes, Little Ceasars, and Papa Johns are all within a 1 mile or less radius of your store you need to be better. You are not and it's not even debatable.If I could give it less than 1 star I certainly would. Like the Burger King across the street, they should just close down.
This pizza is very good and the employees are working their tails off to make sure we get delish-us pizza!

Fryer is broken as of this comment's date. Also, the males that work here need to stop hitting on female customers. It's getting really creepy. My wife can't come here without being given a phone number/card, and especially, followed out to the parking lot to have a conversation with, which makes two separate experiences. Next time it'll be a cop "commenting" to the manager about it.
Smh..... Chyyyyy the one on Abercorn need to be updated Mmmmmm it's been there fa ah min I think they have a good grade though? didn't look last time I was there. Staff can b kinda ruff @ times but I understand short staff etc. Remodel & get a drive thru ???♀️.
