Haven't flown since 2020, so perhaps this is a new normal in airport dining, but very dissatisfied with food and experience here. First off, wait staff has been reduced to expediters and bussers. You have to use your device to access menu. The menu has a total of 5 food items - 3 entrees and 2 appetizers. Then you can "choose" your side. There is only one choice - fries. No kids menu, no vegetarian options.I selected the roast turkey blt sans garlic butter aioli on sour dough. It came toasted with greasy butter on the bread, so made it hard to eat by hand. Inside, there were 3 pieces of roast turkey lunch meat like I purchase at the grocery store. When I pointed this out to my server, she said, "It says roast turkey on the package," thus confirming my observation that it is lunch meat. Fries were nothing special and not seasoned. Servers could not change channel on external TV near my seat, so stuck watching what I wanted watch from across the room. I would never choose this option again, and it cost me $22.

Beer is good. Wait Staff was very nice. Limited menu inside the airport. Burgers were horrible. Don’t waste your time and money on the burger. I noticed most people didn’t finish their burgers and left most uneaten. Good sign of poor quality. It’s pretty hard to mess up a cheese burger. Unfortunately they have achieved mastery.

Pretty bad even by airport standards. The burger was essentially cardboard. The fries were ok. The bar smelled like an old dishrag. If you need food, just go to Burger King and save your money. Beer was decent and service was acceptable. Didn't seem to be too shocked that I noted the burger wasn't good.

Over priced, very limited menu and the food was absolutely inedible. Go to Burger King for the same food for a fraction of the price.Server just didn’t care when I told her the food was bad. Just walked away. No one seemed to be in charge.Order by QR code so you have to pay and tip before you get the absolutely awful food. Buyer be ware!!!

Horrible! They make you order online, which doesn't work half the time. Barely any food options. Only medium well for the burger, no other options. The sweet tea was also horrible. I would like to say something good about the staff, but they don't seem to care about anything and were not helpful at all. They just tell you to keep trying the site when it doesn't work. Unfortunately not really any other options at the airport, but skip this one anyway.

We got the Quesadilla which was actually very good! We weren't super hungry so thus split between 2 was the perfect size to hold us over until our next layover. They had a few basic beers on tap we had the Sam Adams. They seemed a bit understaffed but the girls that were working were doing a great job keeping it running without too much of a backup. QR code menu doesn't work on the table, the waitress just verbally explained what menu items were available for the day.

The ordering experience is terrible. It is entirely on your phone. No human contact. Their app or website that completes the process really is slow. And the whole process sucks. There are like 5 food items to choose from. And this is the only place to eat after you go through TSA!

Drinks are great! We ordered a burger that was misplaced in the kitchen (it happens). We had already paid so we told our server to remove it from the bill and take the amount as an additional tip, if possible, as our flight was calling for final boarding. To our surprise they made sure to run the meal down to us before we took off. It was delicious. Very very impressed!

I can not recommend this restaurant. While having an hour before boarding our flight home, my wife and I ordered a burger and turkey sandwich and waited for 40 minutes before leaving with no food. The table next to use arrived at the same time and ordered there food at the same time with the same waitress. The table next to us received their food, finished and left in a reasonable time. The excuse given 3 times by the waitress was the kitchen was backed up and she did not know when are food would be available. We saw 7 tables come and go after we arrived. Talking with the manager and being told the kitchen was still backed, even though we saw other tables receiving the same order as we placed. I would give the PGA Tour Grill a zero if it was a available option.

Dined here for lunch a week ago Sunday - it was packed still received excellent service and a great burger in a timely fashion.
