So Nice, we ate it Twice! Parker’s food was delicious! We happened upon the restaurant looking for delicious BBQ during our stay in Savannah. Our group experienced the brisket, salmon, lamb, turkey wings, and turkey legs during our 2 day foray into their menu. Everything was smoky, seasoned perfectly and has that special flavor that only a PITMASTER can impart.The young lady running the front of the house is spectacular with customer care. Her voice is melodic, welcoming smile and knowledge of the menu made our experience even better! Kudos Parker’s, we WILL be back!

Truly delicious barbeque, slow, smoked meats. They sell out early, especially on Sundays so don't wait. We tried the pulled pork and it was juicy and smokey. I liked the lighter colored BBQ sauce better, but both were excellent. The Mac and cheese was better than home made. We also tried the banana pudding and it was creamy like gelato. Bring an empty stomach and consider grabbing some to-go boxes because it is all so good.

Best fried okra in tha area.
My first mistake was not stopping here sooner. Today we called in for pick up and it was ready within 15 minutes. When I got there to pick up our order everyone was so friendly and everything was immaculately clean. We had a turkey leg, brisket, and pulled pork sandwich. All delicious. No idea how they kept the fries from getting soggy in the take out boxes, but by the time we got home they were still crispy and hot! The Carolina mustard based sauce is to die for. Will absolutely be making this a regular dinner stop!
Some of the best brisket I have ever eaten plenty on natural smoke flavor side are excellent haven’t had anything wasn’t very good to excellent. Hopefully we can keep this gentleman’s business in our neighborhood. Beats Dickeys and Babes barbecue by a country mile. Haven’t had the opportunity to visit this off the beaten path I highly recommend it.
