This was my first time eating here and probably my last. I paid $8 for the orange chicken bowl with rice. They should have just called it white rice with a few pieces of chicken. Because there was maybe 5 pieces of chicken in this bowl. Food not worth the price.
The Greens tasted like it came fresh (well not fresh) out of a dumpster. They somehow managed to mess that up. Their crab Rangoons tasted like ricotta cheese, this isn't an Olive Garden. The shrimp was the only good thing about that lackluster meal. My five year old cousin can produce higher quality food than these guys.
Very clean quick and friendly that's all I ask for!! Perfect !! Customer service and they all had on mask now that's A+for me especially while working with food !!
Who in the ham told them it was ok to discontinue the Plum Sauce!!!!My Lo mien was not the same without it....sad faithful customer
Food was fine. We had Fried rice/Orange Chicken/Spicy chicken combo. Spacious restaurant. Customer service can be improved.
Panda express is always a favorite of our kiddos.
Extremely rude, girl in the drive through pretended to be a manager and refused to put one on the phone. I was simply trying to address an issue that has been going on for over a year now and I have kindly asked and reminded them in the past. Poor service and staff doesn’t seem to care about their jobs at all. I’d ask for a call but No one seems to bother with this company as a whole. I will not be visiting another Panda again.
Worst food I’ve ever eaten in my entire life, the rice is so dry. the beef and broccoli …. the beef was unchewable and the Broccoli tasted like cabbage soggy and nasty. I threw the meal out behind the Kroger parking lot it was so bad maybe the rats will eat it , but I won’t. The service was amazing and the people the window were so nice I was actually looking forward to eating a good meal… Now I know why I’ve never been there before and will never go back.

Food is generally good feel like portions could be better. Oriental lady super annoying to the point where I had to stop going. Went recently and wasnt there, yay
