Service was outstanding, everyone could not have been nicer. However, the entrees were mediocre at best.

Delicioso y tranquilo

Absolutely not a pleasant dinner...the gnochi was horrible, the tortellini not bad tasting, but both were swimming in a pool of oil and pesto sauce. Thanks God the manager on duty took care of the bill, otherwise it would had been a very expensive disaster.

I’ve always loved the restaurants in Kimpton hotels. This one is the exception. Had the chicken masala for dinner the night we arrived- a Saturday night. It was flavorful but basically a lump of breaded chicken breast with only a little sauce atop dry flavorless linguine. No mushrooms and no veggies as a side. And ridiculously expensive. Came back the next morning for breakfast. Prices seemed more reasonable. My daughters and I ordered pancakes. Theirs arrived first - mine 15 mins later. They were inedible. And one of my daughters found plastic in her dish. Our server was awesome. She Immediately apologized and removed the charge. When she came back with our check she had taken two off because she saw we hadn’t eaten them. I felt very comfortable telling her how bad they were and she acknowledged there were issues. I hope the chef listens to her and changes the recipe. How hard is it to make pancakes? Anyway, to say the least my experience with Pacci has been meh.

Bummer for anyone who wants timely service or a gluten free accommodation. Granted, I did come here July 3rd—but there were plenty of open tables and it still took about 25 minutes for a server to even take our drink order. Online reviews and the hostess informed us of a gluten free option for most pastas, but when we (finally) were able to order the server let me know that the only option would be gnocchi. They did kindly comp two drinks and an appetizer which was well-appreciated, but one would expect more staff who are well-educated on the menu and faster over a holiday weekend.

Service excellent, food phenomenal, environment was so welcoming and open. Tables not on top of each other. Everything was delicious.

Terrible terrible terrible

Very disappointing place. They were short of staff, asked for a bottle of wine that was brought to the table when we were about to finish the food. Salad I can make it much better at home and pasta was tasteless at best.

After arriving in town late on a weeknight we had tried to go to another restaurant or two, but found them fully booked, Pacci was an alternative, and it was a good alternative. The restaurant is in the first floor of a hotel, and the kitchen stayed open until 9:00. We split an appetizer and an entree and enjoyed them both. The staff were friendly and attentive. The prices were a little high, but we enjoyed our meal. If you are looking for a good Italian dinner in Savannah, Pacci is a good option.

Nice atmosphere and good service when staying at The Brice. Delicious plates, a bit pricey but well done.
