Tia was phenomenal in her customer service! Food was delivered quickly and accurately. She made sure we didn’t go without refills, was very quick with our request and attentive to our needs. She wasn’t an overbearing server which I love whenever I go anywhere to eat because who constantly wants someone asking them questions while trying to eat. Will definitely return due to how great she was, hopefully we can have her again!
First impression was good as we were seated for dinner right away. However things quickly went downhill. We weren’t greeted by our server for over 10 minutes. When he arrived he had an attitude and rushed us through ordering our drinks and appetizer. My husband attempted to order a beer, they didn’t have it. So he tried to order another, they didn’t have it. He finally found something they did have and our drinks and appetizer were in. The appetizer and drinks actually arrived pretty quickly and the drinks were pretty good as were the wings we ordered. We didn’t see our server again to put in our entree orders for another 10 minutes. And he was no where. There were other tables of his that I noticed were looking for him. He finally showed and took our orders. One of the sides I tried to order they no longer served yet it was still on the menu. I found an alternative and our orders were placed. Shortly after he took our orders a fight broke out amongst the staff in the kitchen. There were lots of yelling and screaming and cursing and one individual had to be restrained. It spilled out onto the floor, then a bunch of them all went outside for a solid five minutes to continue this spat, including our server. This included most of the servers and staff. I thought things were resolved and everyone went back to work until two women showed up and started things up again by the hostess stand. More yelling, more cursing and threatening bodily harm to one of the servers. This seemed to die down in the next few minutes. We patiently waited for our food which ultimately took nearly an hour to be served. By the time he brought the food to the table we had to immediately box everything up to go because we had a movie that we were now running late for. We didn’t anticipate being in this restaurant for nearly 2 hours and it taking an hour just to get two steaks. I can’t comment on how the food tasted when it was hot and fresh. I will tell you my steak was undercooked, which I noticed when I reheated it when we got home that night after the movie. It was truly one of the most terrible experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I will never ever go back to this particular Outback ever again.
My girlfriend and I are huge fans of Outback, and being in the military, we’ve been to probably close to 10 different Outback locations. The Outback in Savannah does not disappoint. Our server, Marcus, was fantastic. He was kind, respectful, and attentive. Food came out quickly and our drinks were never empty. Marcus was amazing and when we come back to Outback, we hope to have him again!
My bartender name is Peyton and Matt, you got to come check these two out. I thought for a sec I grew up with him. Great customer service and my drink Long Island had me nice. The food was awesome, the taste is still in my mouth.. Thanks Peyton
Not the Outback experience we are used to. Hostess was not friendly. Our server was super polite! Took forever to get our food, 2 orders were incorrect. Never checked on us for refills. Took the longest to get our checks and 2 were incorrect. And ..we were the first table seated. One of the servers next to us had a major attitude problem and rolled her eyes at her customers several times. They got their food before they got their drinks. Management needs to do some major retraining with good customer service examples .

All of our steaks were way undercooked. My potato was cold inside. Ranch was spicy on house salads. Cups smelled like a fish tank. Used to love this place. Not worth the money of four steak dinners.
Our waitress Amethyst made sure we were well taken care. She is very knowledgeable about the menu and a hard worker. I came in with my kids and they loved her too! My kids and I will come back just for her.
Our waitress Mo at the Savannah location was excellent. Curbside service was dynamite! She was very attentive even though they were really busy. She had a great personality and made me want to dine at outback again. I want her as my waitress every time.
