We had the best visit to olive garden, we sat with British and she took good care of us!!! We definitely will be going back!!!
Excellent service. At some point the fire alarm went off accidentally and their system reset. The waitress asked to wait just a bit for her to check us out. The manager came out immediately and asked her to not make us wait and waived our dinner bill. We felt very guilty and offered cash but they refused. We just tipped our waitress and left.Olive Garden brand rocks!
Our family loves Olive Garden so it was a quick pick for a last minute dinner. We're used to OG having good, fast service and plentiful servings. This location defied most of our expectations. Location and building was nice - but that's really the only positive thing I can say. It was busy - but not busier than we've experienced at other locations (and have still gotten excellent service). We were given a seat but it was at least 10 min until anyone came around to get our drink orders (we ordered our food at the same time) and then another 5 or 10 min until salad and breadsticks ever came. We were seated at least 45 min before our food ever showed up. The salad bowl was only about 1/2 as full as it usually is (we needed to request more) and had very little dressing. The entree servings were smaller as well for some reason. Food was standard OG fare - other than the servings being smaller. The server rarely stopped by to check-in (give refills, verify that food was ok) At our local OG (and other OG locations we've been to), drink orders are taken almost immediately after seating. Salad shows up minutes after hot food orders are placed, and the entrees usually are out within 20 min or so after ordering. Everything took so long - our younger kids went to sleep waiting on the food - and of course didn't want to eat once it finally did show up. This place didn't score on many levels. Not impressed. I would not return to this OG.
I had a large catering order delivered to my event. It arrived on time, extra hot, fresh salad, amazing desserts…and large servings! Everything was amazing. My group had only compliments! HUGE thank you, Olive Garden!
My husband and I always love Olive Garden’s anywhere. We were vacationing in Savannah this past week and tried this location. The food was amazing as always, but our waitress sucked big time. She let us sit without drink refills for over 20 minutes and she was not that busy. But over all, pleasant experience!
Everything was on point. I did an online order, as soon as i turned into the restaurant parking lot i checked in on my phone and my food came out not even a minute later. Service was fast, i got my food when it said it was going to be ready.. not a lot of restaurants are on time with orders but Olive Garden was. The food here was totally worth my money. Even the soups were great. I HIGHLY recommend the location on abercorn st.
Delicious! I got the Asiago Chicken Tortellini and Spiked Strawberry Lemonade ❤️
Not too crowded on a Wednesday night. The service was prompt and gracious. The meal was great! I had the chicken and shrimp cabonara...fantastic. Plus a Bloody Mary without vodka, since I was driving. That was delicious , too.
Awesome! If you’re hanging around Savannah, come to this Olive Garden. It’s huge, and the food came out really fast
We went to celebrate our son who just graduated from Marine bootcamp. There were 11 of us and it's one of my son's favorite places. We were also celebrating a birthday.Olive Garden Restaurants are consistent. The server was prompt and attentive. The food was good and hot. They brought out a birthday dessert that was pre chosen ? and we all sang. The manager or head waiter came by 2x and asked how everything was.The only thing I'd suggest would have been to wait until we were all done eating and our plates are cleared before they brought out the dessert. We had to stack our plates on top of each other ourselves and they sat on the table. Other than that, we enjoyed it and will be back to any Olive Garden Restaurant in the future.
