Polly cakes was too expensive their cake was stale and the potatoe pie was not homemade it was a Patty Pie from Walmart
I ordered a cake for memorial celebration for 2 different people she made it exactly the way we discussed it was on the counter when I walked in on time and ready to go...I love it❤️
I was looking for red velvet cupcakes in the Pooler Georgia area. Googled cupcakes in Pooler Georgia. Found Ms Polly's. Ordered online from the googled page in Pooler. But there are multiple locations and for some reason all online orders go to the Savannah location even though the website does not say that. Figured it would have gone to the Pooler location since that's the link it took me to. Emailed and called multiple times with the voicemail box being full and no response either way. I just wanted them to either transfer my order to Pooler due to not being able to get over to Savannah by the time they closed or cancel transaction. Poorly designed website and obviously no customer service at all. Money down the drain and no cupcakes.

I ordered a cake for my 40th birthday and the cake was beautiful! They gave me exactly what I wanted. I gave them a picture and it was done just right. One side was butter cream and one side was blue velvet! It tasted excellent and I am a very picky cake eater. Definitely will go back here again. Also the price was reasonable and the staff was friendly. I set it for pick up at 5pm and needed to change it and they was so nice to change it with no problem and I got it a few hours earlier. Thank you Ms Molly, you will see me again!

I paid for a $70 cake and didn’t get what I wanted. I asked for all chocolate cake and got vanilla. I asked for a Christof cake from frozen and Christof was in a second box instead of being on the cake?? I asked for Grampy to be on the cake and it was not there. I asked for a discount since it was completelyWrong and the rude unprofessional guy could have cared less and did not give us any compensation. I would never recommend this place to anyone and would give 0 stars to this Pooler Location!!
The cake for our engagement party was PERFECT. Absolutely gorgeous and absolutely delicious. I’m incredibly happy with the cake. Top tier was vanilla caramel, bottom was red velvet. The cake was moist and full of flavor.My only criticism was that it was difficult to get in touch, I sent an email and Facebook message about a month before the party and received no response. I had to call the Pooler location in order to place my order because the phone at the Savannah location was busy every time I called. However it was the height of wedding season so I’m pretty sure they were just super busy and I don’t hold it against them! I still managed to place my order and my cake was ready on time and it was absolutely perfect.I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know in Savannah and the surrounding area!
I always love coming here I purchase all my cakes from this establishment and my cakes are always great and the staff is sweet as well
