Waited a long time in the drive through, but it was worth it to get those fresh baked chocolate chip cookies! The manager apologized and very nice! Thanks for your service!
Food was only luke warm, & bun was hard on top like it was stale. Floor was sticky everywhere you walked, & food under tables on floor. Tables were dirty & not being wiped off. Ok, it's fast food, but I won't be going back to this location. Not my 1st time here, but it's my last. Drive through at other times is VERY slow.
Y'all should check your carbonated drinks more often than you do. But other than that, no complaints. Ice cream machine works, our food is always hot & fresh, and they make sure we have everything before walking away from our car ( always pick up).
Food was good no complaints. My only complaint was I did curbside and literally waited 35-40 minutes. They tended to drive thru first as they came new. I only got a happy meal and coffee drink. My app sent an update thank you for your order how was it which is what it does after I get my food but it was another 20 minutes after this that I received it which leads me to think they cleared it off the screen and it sat there for a bit.Positive would be whoever made that coffee drink needs to make mine all the time!! It was exactly the way I wanted and usually it is always wrong!
Absolutely terrible service. Today I purchased a hamburger happy meal for my son and when he took his first bite he screamed. There was what seemed to be metal brush shavings. I returned it to the manager and she didn’t say a word or even offer a refund, she seemed as if it was an inconvenience to help me. Then when I asked for the number for corporate that seemed to also inconvenience her. I’ve been calling all day leaving messages with no response back. I also have to take my son to the ER because he was bleeding as the shavings cut into his gums. This is absolutely unsat. The manager was an absolutely terrible human being, rude and unprofessional. With the world as it is today and good people out there looking for jobs she is just taking space and needs to be fired.
I ordered a big mac, no onions, extra pickles. It was what I ordered. But when I bit into it, it tasted like powdered bleach and burnt my tongue and lips. Today I have no voice because my throat is so sore! I wont return. That was a scary situation. I have no idea what was on it!
Never ever doing what is their sign says, 24 hours but they're not, when you ask them they will say Wednesday through Saturday but they're not open after 11 PM!Needed a new management and more employees, cause three or four is not enough!Taking too too long in the drive thru to place your order and pick it up.Very good location with very poor service.
McDonald's is the most inexpensive of the fast food restaurants. Always a value. The service was fast. No small talk or exemplary service, but fast. My biggest complaint is the fries were just above room temperature. Not hot, but not cold. The burgers was the same, not hot, but not old and cold. I will go there again because it is inexpensive and only expect 3-star service.
It’s iffy. 80% of the time the customer service is off the charts: but then there’s last week when they gave me milk with Carmel for my coffee (imma a mom of 3 boys coffee is essential when I order it) snd the girl taking the money at the drive through wouldn’t even talk to me. 1/18/2022
I want to give them a higher rating because they're usually so nice but twice I've ordered a bacon double quarter pounder and twice I've got home and found no bacon. In my book, that's called theft. Do better.
