Wish I could give 0 stars. When my order(51) was ready they called 251. I showed my receipt that said 51 thinking maybe it was mine. No way 200 people went past me right and the employee said no I said 251 with an attitude. Moments later as he was searching for who it belong to the other employee he went to who appeared to be a manager gave me strong attitude like I was supposed to know 251 meant 51 because i used the kiosk (only way they let u order) and that added a 2 to the front. Wth? I was all good still until she again acted unreasonably rude when I asked for ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper. Not a strange request for 4 burger, 2 fries, and 20 nuggets. She then put 3 packs of ketchup in my bag. I asked for more ketchup, mustard salt and pepper. She walked away, came back and put some mustard in the bag. I then asked for some salt and pepper again. Then she swatted at my bag and yelled that's what she just put in there with the mustard. I apologized and grabbed my bag. When I got to my truck guess what wasn't int the bag. The salt and pepper. Went back in got more attitude when I asked for salt and pepper again. Got to our hotel and didn't have any of the sauces I ordered for nuggets either. The worst McDonald's experience ever. I can deal with mistakes but not the horrible people that work here.
Posted dining room hours are 11 pm. Arrived at 10:47 pm and was told I needed to use the drive thru. I was on a scooter and no place to eat my meal. A place that has open hours should allow customers in until the posted hours expire. This is the second McDonald’s in the area to disappoint me in their customer service. Really thinking I should stop trying to go to McDonald’s and find another source of fast food. This is a tough call for me as I am a former McD‘s Employee. A very frustrated customer!PS: Five Guys has better food and by far better service!
Floors wet and dirty, soda counter totally wet with soda, I hope. Restroom was terrible,floors were wet and dirty. I could understand if the place was busy. Which is wasn't. Oh I did forget to tell you that it took about 15 minutes for my order. Even though I could see someone in back with gloves on yet on a cell phone texting
Good store and sometimes friendly staff but the main problem I normally face when coming to this store is they find a way to mess up my order. I always have to run inside to get what ever is missing. But still one of my favorite local Mc D to go to.
It's McDonald's soooo......consistent, reliable, tried and true"happy food" this particular store? No exception. Drive thru was quick and efficient. Meal was"correct"lol hot and fresh,and as the generations attest,"delicious"!!
I had to provide my order 4 times at the drive thru speaker. I got to the window & he repeated it back to me correctly. Next window, apparently he didn't ring it up correctly so we were short a fry & wrong size frappe. They did correct the order. While we were waiting & trying to provide our order at the speaker, 2 other cars were provided service at the other speaker. We did not have a complicated order. Additional training was suggested for the gentleman taking orders. My burger was quite soggy from pickle juice (I hope) that seemed to be from the bottom of the pickles. Otherwise our food was good. The gentleman at the front window did make sure we received the correct items but did not seem overly enthusiastic or apologetic about it. He could use some additional customer service training.
This restaurant is incredibly slow. The employee taking your order acts like you are bothering her by being there. This is the drive thru. The only good thing I can say is the young man who handed the food to us was friendly and smiled.
I asked for a burger with EXTRA onions, and it shows on the burger ticket… however they give me a burger with NO onions. I feel like it was very intentional. I hate things like this because I didn’t notice until I got h on e after they were closed and I had already threw away my receipt .
Attitude while ordering my food and then undercooked my meal. First time for everything then forced me to have a tray for my drinks - it’s flimsy so it spills rather just put them in cup holders. They need to work on there customer service.
Honestly just a horrible location. It’s conveniently right by my office and that’s the only positive thing about it. The way it’s ran it’s HORRIBLE. Usually no one answers at the drive thru, if they do they’re extremely rude the entire time. There’s only one person there who ever seems like she’s actually working while everyone else just stands around talking about drama or watching their phones. They’re slow, they’re rude and half the time they lose customers because they don’t operate the drive thru correctly.
