First off, this place STINKS. Literally. Instead of greeted with the delicious smell of steaks and scrumptious food, your nose will be offended by a smell of musty once wet and still dirty carpet. Secondly, the food was lackluster. It didn't have much presentation, it looked like it was thrown on the plate by a short order cook. I've seen a Waffle House plate put together better.Although we are all paying more for just about everything, I expect what I do pay for to still be commensurate and the taste just wasn't. Lastly, I asked about the $10 Old Fashion and what kind of whiskey was in. I was told Buffalo Trace (good choice) but they were out of it, so they were just using Makers Mark. Really?! and you are still going to charge ten buck for that? No thanks. The patrons of Savannah deserve better LongHorn.To end on a positive note, the service was good and the waitress was pleasant and attentive.
Food was good, server was amazing even with a trainee tagging along. My booth was very clean and the server came by regularly to clear off our table with a smile. Very good service I always enjoy myself at this location.
The RibEye was ordered medium but we received well or even well well done, very smoked. It was quite tasty but missed with the order.Broccoli, spicy chicken wings, beer were good and tasty, service was good also.
Can’t make this up, someone paid for our food. The service and the food were so bad, that I literally came on here to put a review. Let that sink in!Food took forever to come out, after it did the steak was still moving. I removed the cheese covering from the steak and ate a few bites. I never check my steaks and rarely ever care but when I looked, I was like this is literally negligent. The chicken tenders weren’t good, the waiter just seems like he gave up, especially after another party paid for our food. Prior to them paying he knew the food was taking forever and offered a discount but they didn't give the memo to the unknown party that paid. I still left a tip, why, IDK. If you’re in Savannah, don’t stop here especially on a weekday. Weekends maybe different I guess.

It isn't hard to put a to go order together! People drive all the way there, they expect a tip, and then when the people get back home half their food is missing! And offering a $10 egift card? Seriously? How's that going to replace the food you expected to eat right then? Do better!
OUR FOOD WAS VERY SALTY!! STEAK,RIBS AND FRIES WERE TO SALTY!! RICE WAS GOOD!! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE!! OUR WAITRESS MOUSE IS NOT A PEOPLE PERSON!! ATTITUDE WAS SO BAD WE DIDNT WANT TO ASK HER FOR NOTHING!!!!
I had such a wonderful experienced from the time I walked in the door. The hostess was very pleasant. I decided to sit at the bar and have my meal. Ace the bartender was Awesome. From the time I sat down, up until I left. The food was served hot and fresh, and my drink was perfect. I just couldn't get over the fact how nice he was. I definitely will be going back to the bar, hopefully when Ace is there. The presentation of my meal was awesome, good job BOH!!! Keep up the good work.

We were told it would be an hour wait but I counted a dozen open tables. But we waited anyway. After an hour , we went back to the hostess stand to ask how much longer it would be and were told. "About an hour" was the reply. Still , a dozen seats were open. We decided not to wait. An hour and a half later, I got a text saying our table was ready. We were already home talking about how great the steaks and service were at Spanky's.I wish I could give less than one star.
