The food was delicious. Lorena, our waitress was very attentive and kind and informative. We were hesitant as we had read some bad reviews. Glad we ignored that took a chance. It was a delightful meal.

What a wonderful time my family and I had at The Lady and Son’s! The food was delicious, real down home southern cooking. What made our dinner experience so nice was our waiter Antney. He was so personable and knew the menu well. He gave us his suggestions as to what we might like and enjoy. His suggestions were excellent and we so enjoyed everything! Antney really made our evening wonderful! If you have a chance while in Savanna go to the Lady and Son’s and ask for Antney he will make it an even better dinning experience !

After watching Paula on TV and finding her restaurant in our trip to Savannah we decided to try it Terrible Dry Chicken and very expensive Don’t waste your time and money

Food is served family style. We chose 3 mains (fried chicken, fried catfish and smothered pork chops) and 4 sides (mac & cheese, yams, creamed corn and lima beans). Plus fried green tomatoes to start. It was all good! I won't try to explain it all, but only the chops failed to astound. Good, just not amazing as the other food. Great service as well.

I have visited the Savannah restaurant and the Pigeon Forge Tennessee Lady and Son’s. We had a great experience at both places. After reading several negative reviews, I am certain The Dean family would not approve and would want improvement at the Savannah restaurant. Where necessary. Step it up and give visitors what they came to Savannah for..Excellent Southern cooking.

Paula Dean’s restaurant did not disappoint. The meals are served family style. Glad that we went there.

This was our first time in Savannah so of course we had to try The Lady and Sons restaurant. My niece is a very picky eater so we were altos unsure if she’d like the food. Overall we had such a wonderful experience. We did not realize it is family style restaurant. Your table picks a few main courses and then some sides, depending on the size of your group. The amount is unlimited! We did not need Y seconds. The portions were enough for us. We had fried chicken, chicken and dumplings, broccoli casserole, Mac and cheese, creamed corn, creamed potatoes. You also each get a dessert with your meal. Delicious! Every dish. Even my picky eater nice tried everything and enjoyed almost all of it! That was an accomplishment! This restaurant is a must for some delicious southern cooking!

My husband and I loved the fried fish, biscuits and lima beans. Our server, Kalaysia, did an awesome job. She was knowledgable and very friendly. Enjoyed chatting with her. The only recommendation I would make is change from family style to plate lunch. My husband and I are 65+ and both felt bad about the waste on our table. However, I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Last minute decision and was very skeptical due to recent reviews. Ordered fried chicken and fried pork chop….wow! Fried okra, green beans and Mac and cheese were really good!

We expected great food and were completely disappointed. The broccoli casserole looked delicious but was bitter. Being a southern girl I expected great Mac and cheese but it was dry and bland (mine is way better). I will say we enjoyed the fried chicken and cream corn. Our server was sweet but if this is still considered a Paula Deen restaurant she should be ashamed. Nothing like the meals she prepares on tv.
