If you gotta have your boba fix this trendy little place is definitely the place to get it downtown. The resturant is always clean as a whistle and I suspect that the facial muscles of the staff must be exhausted everyday from smiling and laughing so much. The sheer variety of traditional boba, bursting boba, jellies, red bean, oreo toppings (yes I said oreo), flavorings and teas are simply put mind blowing. If you can't find the boba tea you want on their menu then you need to check the sign on the door because you are probably in the wrong place. Plus the poke style bowls are just as good...maybe even better. The variety of proteins, sauces, and super fresh ingredients ensure that you can always try something yummy and new everytime you visit. The only real issue I have is the sadness I experience when I'm stuck at home looking at my empty Kung Fu Tea cup...
Kung Fu Tea is delicious. Although I’ve never had their bubble tea, their sushi burrito is very tasty. I would rather have the sushi burrito at Kung Fu Tea than go get sushi elsewhere. The restaurant is clean and the employees are professional. 5 well-deserved stars from me.
Staff messed up my order, and was told to pay extra when I asked to fix it!!!! Super disappointed.Ordered a LARGE cocoa cream, with crystal bubble, coffee popping bubble, and pudding. In return I got MEDIUM size with regular bubble ONLY and I paid nearly 10 dollar for it. Overall worst experience and unhappy. Hope you will pay more attention to every customers’ orders
We were roaming Savannah streets and for drink we decided to order Thai Milk Tea from Kung Fu Tea. I ordered the tea through the register and got mine tea in 5 minutes. It was okay and it could have been better.
Recently purchased a Longan Jujube Tea. To my surprise, there was no Longan or Jujube(Red Date).I called and told them and got an explanation that sometimes you get the fruit and sometimes you don't. I believe whoever prepared the drink forgot to put any of the items in there and they don't want to admit to their mistake. No apologies. Nothing.Sadly, I started becoming a regular/rewards member and normally have the drink prepared properly. After this situation, I'm hesitant to come back.
Love the bubble tea! So good every time! I got the Thai Milk tea with bubbles. And the staff there is nice. Also the wait time isn’t long at all even when they’re busy. Ask for less ice if you want more tea. :)
Honestly, I feel really bad writing a negative review because I had high hopes for this place. I got a 14$ make your own bowl. Also, my dad and my sister got the same build your own. First of all, too much food. Unfortunately this is the worst part. All three of us, my dad and sister and me, ordered a mango. Usually I love poke bowls and mango is my favorite fruit. But, today I had SOUR RANCID SPOILED mango. Not only that, I had a good amount of it. It’s been hours since I went and got the poke today, I can still taste that spoiled flavor. I really wasn’t sure if it was the sauce or what it was suppose to taste like. And I do really feel bad because bad reviews really make people not want to go to these places. The thing is I told the women at the desk, and I told her that it was spoiled, she was sorry, but she didn’t give us a refund or at least a complementary tea. Instead, she just offered me another mango pieces that were actually frozen and icy. And the thing is, this was like serving raw chicken to someone. After I realized the mango was rancid, I immediately stopped eating and we all threw are 3 bowls away, without a refund. The only reason I am not giving a 2 star review is because, I am nice and don’t want to be a Karen or a B. I just thought I should write this so the business knows how to handle this differently. Sorry and thank you. ?
What can I say. If you love Bubble tea go there. Take this advice from a boba tea addict.
I’ve been to many Boba tea shops - this is the worst overall experience I’ve had at one. Not only was the staff rude, the drinks were worse. I had a Thai tea and a mango slush. They tasted artificial and as if it was made from powder and not authentically brewed.
Just went there with my 3 daughters just 15 mins before 11 “we were in a hurry” so we were there alit bit early “only 15 mins earlier” and the workers told us to wait until 11, but the door was open and 5 workers are legit behind the counter ready to work, if I worked there I would make the drinks before 11 if customers came in a bit earlier..We were going to buy 7 drinks but your workers wanted to wait legit 15 more mins & we couldn’t wait.. It’s crazy..This wouldn’t happen up north..Hustle faster! Better customer service means more business=More money for your business … You guys have great drinks tho, so just learn from this..
