I have lost over 30 pounds in about 3 months by eating low carb. I don't buy them too often because of the fat content, but the bacon Low Carb Scramblers are AWESOME! Yes, I could make it myself, but I work 6-7 days a week, am a single mom, and one of my sons is Autistic. Anything that saves me time is a win!
Just spent about 10 minutes at bee road..no one responded when I pulled up..then after 3 attempts driving around and trying to get in the door I saw a young lady and asked her if they were open she said yes..then I said I didn't know because I had driven up 3 times..she was rude and said "you have to place your order at the window thank you" Man..thats effed up..I left..am getting something somewhere else..Have had repeated issues with Bee road location and no one at Krystal cares..impossible to get ahold of..AWFUL!! WPULD GIVE ZERO IF I could
Burgers were very bland and greasy. So bad I was not able to eat all 4 burgers. My daughter could only stomach 1 burger she also said the same thing. I will not go back.
Each time I came here I’ve always gotten rude cashiers so today I expected the same thing but surprisingly I had a great experience. Q was very nice and respectful and had great customer service. Thanks for doing your job with a smile on your face.
I like a good, hot, steamy Krystal from time to time but this location has seen the last of me. I can't figure out why it took 15 minutes to get from the place where my order was taken to the window. (This happens EVERY TIME.) Then when I got my Krystals, all the edges were WET. Very wet and very soggy. No thanks.
When I arrived at the restaurant it had a long line, but once I got to the intercom the employee was very friendly and helpful. I asked for the 5 for 6 deal with all cheese Krystal’s with no onions and she explained that they would do the best they can because the burgers are cooked in onions so I told her that’s fine. After I ordered the wait was very long, but once I got to the window it looked like it was only two employees and I felt horrible about requesting no onions because I could have scraped it off myself so they wouldn’t have to do anything special. But once I got my food it was great and fresh which is extremely impressive since it was only two employees (I suppose) and this was the evening hours around 8:30pm. I really appreciate the workers and next time I will use cash so I can tip them and show my appreciation. The only reason why I didn’t give this restaurant “5 stars” is because fast food restaurants around the country should offer their employees better salaries and benefits so more people will work in the industry and I truly appreciate the small staff at Krystal because they worked so hard and the young lady who gave me my order looked so stressed out and I felt sorry for her. I hope the owners of this establishment read my review and make sure that they’re offering better pay because you have great employees but they need help. I don’t live in Savannah which is my hometown, but every time I’m in Savannah I always eat at Krystal’s and I will continue to do so unless my family and I eat at one of the dine in restaurants downtown. I wish I knew the staff name the night I went there but the date I went was 4/7/22 at 8:30pm
The wife had a craving that only Krystals would satisfy. Pulled into the drive through and placed the order - a sack full combo. There werent any customers in the restaurant and only two cars in front of us. 15 minutes later, the first car got their food. The second car waited a few more minutes and got their food. Then we waited... and waited. A car pulled up behind us, waited 5 minutes then drove off without their food. There were four people getting paid but only one guy actually working. 20 minutes later, we have our Krystals... no fries. We weren't waiting any longer and left. I'm still going to be a Krystals customer... just not here. ??♂️
Ordered thru drive thru. Forgot to add 2 orders of French fries. Asked window cashier 2 add 2 fries fm window, but was told they don't allow that. Ordered 16 Krystal & all were not completely cooked. Worst Krystal ever & I'm 70 years old. Service lackingFood was terrible. Cashier rude w/ attitude.
Half the things they had on the menu were not available, once I got my food I had to drive back to the drive-thru to get the order corrected because they put the wrong things in the bag. So so quality don't plan on going back
I formerly enjoyed food from here, but I moved away from this area for 4 years. When I moved back, I was anxious to eat here again. The menu is the same, but the quality is lacking. I ordered 3 crispy chip, but no pickles on them at all as they used to have. I also ordered some Krystal sliders and they were soaked with grease. This restaurant will never again have to serve me again. Nasty food.
