The drive thru service was awesome. Food was hot however those new fries were nasty! Please switch back!!!!

It was one woman by herself working late, we can see that she was overwhelmed, but she made sure our huge order was prepared to our satisfaction...she said no matter how the night was going, she make sure her job is done right...we thank her so kindly
The lady that works in the morning, during the week, is the BOMB! Shorty knows my order soon as I speak on the microphone and she gets me in and out super fast EVERYTIME! Love this Krystal in the morning, start my day out right!
The woman that took my order was very nice and she handled it very professionaly it didn't take a very long time before I got my food everything was hot and fresh
Very slow but the staff was nice. Wish it was quicker but I always appreciate nice people. The food was good.
I’d give zero stars if I could. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to get service at the Krystal off Bee Rd in Savannah. Literally sat at the microphone to order for 8 mins with nobody in front of me in line. Two cars behind me gave up and drove away before I finally did. Drove around the restaurant only to see the staff sitting inside doing nothing. This is at 6:30 pm on a Friday. How the ownership is making money is beyond me. Go at your own risk. You probably won’t receive service.
What the 1st thing that is always put out the window after your payment is made?Your drink. I did not get one. My fault for not waiting and holding up the line any further. This food could have been better. Guess I know why Crystal's everywhere are closing. Thanks for not providing the service you should be giving.
This Krystals is always slow. And I don't understand why they have items on the menu that aren't available. Please update menu and fix milk shake machine.
This Krystal’s is typically pretty good, the line is always long and takes forever, but their food is still good. You just have to plan for a long wait. Sadly, I was so upset tonight to find out that Krystal’s discontinued the Krystal’s corn pup?!?!! No idea why this would be an item considered for discontinuation, considering how popular and good they are, but I was pretty disappointed to find out they had discontinued them. Really hope they consider bringing them back as this is one of the main reasons I come to Krystal’s!
