Not sure who the general manager is but she could be a whole lot nicer than what the hell she is just a second time I came here and had a problem with her the first time she had to make a comment about my child crying and in my car as if I if I could control my child crying I won't be visiting this location no more Miss lucky can have it
Really really good food! Probably the best KFC ive ate in GA. Manager and staff were very friendly. One of the cooks has a KILLER mickey mouse impression.
Wow, reading the reviews and I should have known better. But living out in Georgetown I normally stop by there on my way home from work. I ordered a 8 piece with large mash. When I got home ready to eat the chicken was very old looking. And they gave me a small mash. Took it back the manager made me feel like it was my fault the chicken looked that way.?? He was very irate I wanted to throw the entire bucket at him. But instead I recorded him and called corporate. But reading the reviews corporate must not really care. I’m a KM I would not allow my employees to ever make any customer feel it’s there fault because they weren’t satisfied with our service. Correct response should have been. “Yes I’ll be happy to replace your order “
The day manager was absolutely fantastic ? she went out of her way to help my mom, and then come around & hand all the kids we had with us (3 att) an applesauce and caprisun. Excellent customer service.

She got my whole order wrong and I was trying to correct it and her response was (You can’t hold the line up!).• Didn’t even give me receiptNot only they mess my order up by they rob me too.I paid $14.21 for 4 Piece chicken, a side of gravy and a large Diet Pepsi. I go there because I can count on the food being good. And it was. This particular store has very nice staff. The only problem was the long line at the drive thru!
Food was good, as always. But we didn't get a fork to eat with and after asking for a drink at the ordering sign we had to ask again at the window and pay more.
I will never eat from this place again. Ordered food my whole family got food poisoning. Called the manager she made it seem as it was our fault for eating there! Not empathetic at all. How would you like it if I gave your 8 and 2 year old food poisoning? Not to mention for $34 dollars my wife and I had to miss work! Never again KFC on Abercorn. And I’m writing this review just in case you didn’t tell your General Manager like you said you would!
This KFC was good in 2019. Their was all older ladies that look like Aunt's & Grandma's. They ran that store corner of Abercorn & Largo tight. Fresh food all the time , always had wings. The supervisor now & young people that don't care. I took my son a month ago to get wings. They said they ran out. What ! ! Your KFC how you run out of wings. Went their last night. Jan.15 , 2022 - Same thing - They ran out of wings. Said we got grilled wings - got those they were hard & old. If you want wings go to Pooler KFC. Cause Largo will disappoint. Need new Manager.
