Went yesterday and gotta say the mac and cheese was Delicious and the fries were so well seasoned I was Shocked ? so proud my people for cooking it up in the kitchen lol. They told us they were short a biscuit and gave us two cookies to make up for it like wow most places would just try to short you but not this place. Recommend this place over the other kfc places.

Omg the customer service is awesome the manger over the store I’ve been to all the kfc in Savannah the particular one ☝? is the best food hot every time I come they greet me nice always happy and friendly my second time coming there today getting my chicken ? 5stars I wish I could’ve gave them 10 shmya was at the drive thru tonight she even gave me honey mustard with me asking for my chicken tenders y’all team is the best thank you all the whole staff
If you order from this KFC on uber eats just know, that they will not read what you order, they will leave items out, and the items you do get will be incorrect. Every time I have ordered from this one, it's as if they refuse to read the order or they don't care.
Staff was friendly but when i got back to work my order was completely wrong! Very disappointed and didn't eat it!
The dining room is actually open. The young ladies at the front register were very sweet and helpful.
I used the online ordering system on this visit. So you order online, it gives you a pickup time then when you arrive you have to go inside to an area where your food is ready to be picked up. Our order was correct and the food was nice and hot.
Didn't have to wait long, everyone inside working hard to get you in and out , Now that TEAM WORK !
