Worst service I’ve ever gotten at a fast food restaurant. They didn’t give us all our food we payed for. Very annoyed
I just ordered dinner there and received the wrong kind of chicken, also missing 2 peices, hard biscuits. Cool. I figured I would call and get it rectified. They refuse to answer the phone but will pick up and not say anything. I'm currently on hold with corporate. Refused to show up at an establishment that can't even answer the phone other than to play on it and play with people's time and money. Will not return
Food is alright but the service is terrible. I ordered my food at the drive through and was missing some fries. I went inside to get my missing fries and was being made fun of for being mad at a missing order. It's KFC so I wasn't surprised by the lack of common sense from the employees.
I had a very unpleasant experience with the drive thru. I got over charged for what I ordered and then all the content was not there and they did nothing to correct it smh
The girls and staff are so much fun and very kind and pleasant A great experience at this KFC..
I am 5 stars for this KFC BECAUSE EVERYTHING I GOT WAS FRESH HOT AND DELICIOUS AND I WILL BE GOING AGAIN EVERY TIME I WANT A GREAT DINNER, TY STAFF FOR BEST PERSONALITY AND HOSPITALITY AT CHATHAM PARKWAY AND OGEECHEE RD.✌??????
I don't know where to start with this visit. First I ordered a 12 piece family meal an only received 10 pieces of chicken. An out of the 10 pieces of chicken it was only one breast. No one asked if that would be okay. Just took upon their own decisions to give me 3 drumsticks, 3 wings, 3 thighs, and 1 breast. An the other 2 pieces of chicken I am assuming they forgot. Not to mention I received gravy with no mash potatoes. Made several attempts to reach someone but to no avail no one answered the phone. An for $32.35 these employees can at least get customers orders correct. I am truly disappointed with this location. I should've just went to my normal location and not this one because I was right by this one!!!!!

It's nice to see upon the entry, the cleanliness of anywhere you may go to eat. I'm always impressed with this KFC, because of there dining area being spotless. The front dining area tells you alot about the food prep area, and when the front is so clean as here, rest assured the food area is as well. The sweet tea containers even are marked as to the time they are to be refilled. Many condiments that you may want are available without having.to ask. Buffet is temporarily closed due to Covid, but the drive thru service moves fast. They offer high chairs for children, and tables wiped clean and sanitized after use.\\nThe food is always fresh, very tasty, and hot. My favorite is the pot pies. Delicious...\\nI also liked how the manager, Julie Ellis, had everyone working in unison and as a team which is rare for \\\"fast food\\\" establishments nowadays.\\nFor good chicken, and a clean environment, when you in the area, stop in.
