One of the worst kfc ever I came two days in a row very unprofessional I came and tried to order chicken the young man that was on the intercom said go wait in parking ten minutes for your chicken I said ok nobody never came out I drove back to the window the rude lady manger said we don’t have nothing every body was cursing ? laughing playing all this with the manger I came back the next day tried to order some food they was still loud unprofessional and rude customer service is horrible at this location but I’m trying to reach out to mrs lucky she is a great operation manager at all her stores I believe she will handle this bad enough the area but why be so rude and don’t want to sell kfc chicken a bunch of rude people playing in the restaurant wen should be selling the food with Great customer service
They gave me the wrong order at first. Then when I got home I realized that they didn't give me any fries. The KFC on Ocean Highway had a 30 minute wait on the chicken. Why, the only thing they sell is chicken.

Worst place ever, food is old and cold and nasty, they put old chicken back in the grease to make it hot, but ends up being a nasty greasy hot mess, got sour mashed potatoes more than once, some of the staff is rude and ghetto including the management! Wish I could give zero stars. Don't waste your time, health and money going there! Disgusting!!!!!!!
FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! There is a big sign in the window saying “dining room open, come on in.” When I went there last night they said the dining room was closed. I pointed to the sign and they said, “not tonight.” I’m sure the workers didn’t want to clean up after people eating in there. Typical lazy employees these days.

My food is always fresh and delicious. Service providers were A1 professional and polite.
I ordered the 12 piece Kentucky grilled family bucket on 02/06/23 and was so disappointed. The chicken drums and thighs were very small and could fit in the palm of a child's hand. Since I ordered from Uber Eats I can't get a refund and I spent $55 , I don't think that's fair. Door Dash gets you a refund if your not haapy. Needless to say KFC on West Gwinnett Street won't be getting any more of my business at all.
I used to eat at KFC a lot when I was younger but can no longer handle the grease and the canola oil that they use to fry chicken in. Good Bye KFC!
