Fantastic facility. We stayed in the Muse building. Very clean, friendly attentive staff. All of the four buildings were amazing. Joe and Brandon the valets are amazing! Friendly, funny and very professional. The only snag was asking for a late checkout. Sapphire verbally said on the phone at midnight when I requested it that my room keys were no longer operational. She said I would have to come to the main building to get a key. Weird since that has NEVER in all my years of staying at Marriott properties happened to me. 3/4 of the way to the building, I receive a call from her saying I could just get the key in the morning. That would have been good to know BEFORE I walked there. Verified 3 times I had to walk there and then found out it was not the case. Other than that lackluster service from her, I would stay again and recommend it.

Modern hotel with excellent customer service all around. We got upgraded to an executive suite overlooking the river. It was easy to walk to restaurants and there were several right on the property. After dinner, it was fun to walk around the lobby and learn more about the history of the building and view the large geodes and crystals. We were glad we chose this Marriott property over the other one close by.

Super dope hotel. My favorite new spot to stay in Savannah! Dee was a delight at the front desk. The hotel is just super cool with tons to do. There is a ton of restaurants, art museums, and you are right on the river. There are 3 different buildings, there is a rooftop bar with corn hole and table tennis.

The Marriott property is absolutely beautiful and amazing. Keeping the structure of a building and putting a showplace inside was no small feat I'm sure. They have exhibits of fossils and huge geological gems there. It's simply stunning, a real boon to the west end of the Savannah river front. Having grown up here, I'm even more proud of the investment that JW Marriott has placed in my city. The roof top bar is spectacular.

The customer service here is outstanding. Omar and Dee at the front desk were so hospitable and personable from the moment we checked in, until we checked out. The valet/ door gentlemen were also so personable. Our entire experience at this hotel was one to remember. This is the only hotel we will stay at when visiting Savannah. Thank you again to Omar and Dee!

Truly a gem of a hotel. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The valet staff were so nice. The hotel is stunning. It's really a one-of-kind hotel. Great view on the river. The restaurants were all outstanding. Add this to your bucket list of places to stay. The only complaint we have is that we had to ask three times to get our room turned. We were staying Friday through Tuesday and our room was not turned until Monday.

Thank you Renee for showing outstanding customer service! You added a special touch to our 10 year anniversary! This hotel is stunning. Each building has a theme which makes it so unique. The artwork is exquisite and each detail including the light fixtures were well thought out. We love Kessler properties but we will definitely be back to spend a night in a different building.

Very cool hotel with so many gemstones and rocks everywhere. Very cool riverfront bars and restaurants. Also a museum of rocks inside free of charge. Rooms are very expensive but extremely elegant and large. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is like a huge museum full of fun artifacts and history. Nice little

We had stayed at Charleston before we came to SavannahThere is no comparing the two hotelsThis one was very clean, the staff was excellent, our room was awesome. The staff provided excellent service. They were so pleasant and professional. It never felt fakeI have already told several people about what a great place this was to stayWe will definitely pick this hotel againThe restaurants were great and nice to have options without having to leave the hotelWe had a wonderful time and a lot was due to this awesome hotel stay

The hotel is gorgeous! However, the 2 times in a row my family has stayed here, the room service from house keeping was non-existent. We kept calling the concierge desk, going to the concierge desk in person, told the housekeeping manager in person. We kept getting told the room would be serviced, yet housekeeping never came. If you prefer your room messy, and not serviced with fresh clean towels every single day during your stay, go for it. The customer service was appalling. The breakfast restaurant, had delicious food. However, the outside chairs are not good chairs for plus-sized people & they have to constantly get a manager's approval to get a more comfortable chair. My advice, is to replace all outside seating with chairs that are more comfortable for plus-sized people (armless chairs-like the chairs they have inside). Also, I know they pre-make their cheese hash-browns, but they need to make sure they heat them appropriately before serving to the guests, they tend to serve them at room temperature & not hot like they should be. All the outside/inside shops & art galleries are wonderful to explore.
