Workers are not trained very well in customer service. A simple acknowledgement and smile will not be found here. If you go during lunch, prepare to wait for call in orders that apparently take precedence. Bikers will literally knock you over to get in and out of door......geez.Food is okay. Standard jimmy john fare. Low rating for poor attention to customers.

I placed an order for delivery yesterday and after an hour, I contacted the store to check on it. He politely said that I was next on the delivery route. After another hour, I called and after a long wait time on the phone, was informed that my order had been accidentally cancelled. When talking with other people in my building, I was informed that this has been a regular occurrence lately. Someone said they received their order 4 hours after ordering. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from here again.
What happened to this location? I’ve been coming here for five years and it is now pretty disgusting and it happened quickly. Open bags of trash on the floor, garbage overflowing the cans and on the floors. Filthy tables. Condensation on the countertops. Gross. Hardly any chips because no one is stocking. Everything filthy. Could count on cleanliness but not now. Yikes. This is the Abercorn Savannah location in the Publix strip center.

The girl with the colorful hair at the Congress street location is super nice, quick, and helpful! The other staff is too. They get you your sandwich before you even finish putting your change back in your purse. Great veggie sub, too!
3 of 4 sandwiches showed up incorrect, a beach club was delivered with no turkey at all. I left a review in the app requesting a callback and didn't get any response.
The young male manager here is very courteous and very privy to the true meaning of customer service. He was very patient and kind during a busy time, even though the other employees weren’t quite as patient or courteous.
Your staff if really mean. They made it very clear they didn’t want to take my order. I was told a whole sandwich wasn’t doable - okay! I’ll do halves as they suggested. Whatever is easiest I’ll do. Then the manager came in and was extra dismissive. If you don’t want to work here- don’t. Your staff is rude, like extra rude.
Trash. Ordered sandwiches for the office. Placed the order the day before. Order was 30 minutes late. Employees were rude. Gave us a garbage bag for drinks because they were out of real bags. 1/3rd of the sandwiches were missing or messed up. Phone number for the store does not work. Never ordering from them again.Update: refused to give refund because they “don’t do partial refunds.” Offered store credit instead which was useless because we will never order from them again. Settled on a Monday delivery of the missing sandwiches.
