I have been eating here for as long as I can remember…the food is always good but the service is generally not the best. Today my family had the pleasure of being served by Jasmine. She was SO friendly with the best hustle. We didn’t even have to ask for a thing…she was there with a smile and extra napkins. I look forward to coming again and will definitely ask to be seated with Jasmine!
The posted closing time on the door (11) doesnt match the posted closing time online (1030) which neither are the time they close according to staff (10) who are so eager to go they are mopping under your feet while youre eating forcing you to inhale cleaning chemicals while you eat... Which doesnt really make sense as once the people still eating finish they are now making the freshly sanitized floors dirty again when all they had to do was wait a little longer...But hey, the food was good
We just left. Jazzmin was our server. Worse service ever and I eat at this location all the time. She had a number of tables and kept making mistakes. We were not pleased but did not complain because she seemed overwhelmed.My sister ordered a small margarita and lunch chimichangas. She brought a medium margarita and chicken quesidillas. Then when that was sent back. She brought out dinner chimichangas.I ordered a dinner chimichanga and was given quesidillas. The silverware had food on it so we asked for plastic. The queso was cold and had to be sent back.I asked for rice- no beans. She charged us for 2 rice dishes. When I asked her why was the extra rice charge (this is my regular order-i know the cost). She got defensive and said its one or the other and she could get a manager- with attitude. I told her not to worry about it. She brought the tickets and said i hope your day gets better (again with an attitude). I told her we need a pen. She said "I've been very accommodating even with multiple tables don't get an attitude." Accommodating- while messing up our order is what I said. So today's standards on how to treat your customer- is to mess up their order, get defensive and then argue. Got it! We will never be back.I have never been treated with such disrespect and sweetheart that wasn't attitude you got from me. If I wasn't polite, you woulda gotten back what you gave. If you don't like your job or get overwhelmed easily- find a new one.
It was good. They ow charge $1.75 for additional chips. I understand price increases, but feel they should have raised meal price and left the chips free as tradition. My 2 cents. Probably go to other mexican now for lunch.
Very, very good. Authentic Mexican. Salsa was great. Definitely be going back.
Great food and great atmosphere. Carolina was our server, as she was phenomenal! She’s waited on us twice, and both times she nailed it.
The food tasted great,the prices were pretty good considering the location, and the staff were wonderful would definitely recommend for a nice lunch
I have eaten here a number of times, and the food and service have always been good. Parking is apparently an issue. The manager wouldn’t let me park in an vacant spot (not reserved for handicap, take out, veterans, or anything else). He demanded that I move, after my party and I already entered the restaurant. It was lunch time on a weekend, with lots of empty spaces. Probably won’t be back any time soon.
Food wasn't good overcharged for condiments. Chips were stale. Won't eat at that particular Jalapeños anymore or refer anyone. The Best Jalapeños I've eaten at is in Pooler. I've been there multiple times and never was disappointed.
It was ok, the rice and beans had lime beans in them, yuck. Not as good as the one downtown on Broughton.
