Short on staff, but they were very attentive. My issue was the meat. I ordered a country fried steak and the meat taste and smelt funny. They need to check their meats before they serve them. Pancakes are still the best ?.
Having traveled the world, Anthony was the best waiter across the board. He was professional, kind, and precise. Great to experience such a great person.In addition, I just got back from Gordon Ramsey’s restaurant in AC and the mega burger just ate was better!
Avoid this location at all costs, I waited several minutes to be seated, When I ordered he came back to tell me they had no coffee , I prefer my eggs very soft scrambled and twice they came back with hard curds. Then the server brings me coffee and it's scorched. Then he tells me that that is all they have and they are out of coffee. Turns out they weren't out of coffee, he just didn't want to make a fresh pet since it was close to closing time.
Worst experience ever at an IHOP. The wait staff was great only reason for one star. The waitress tried her best but between food being burnt and sending back plate still got inedible
Me and my fiancé ordered food TOGO .. I bill was $50.86. They didn’t have change so we had to leave and go get change. Came back to pick up our food. Brought it home , we didn’t have our strawberry and cream crepes. Husband went back and got it. Only thing came back was the crepes , no strawberry no cream no anything. I took it back, it was already cold they did offer my money back nor did they cooked it over but just packed everything on side and said here you go. So I left it at the register and walked out! They are horrible and it’s ridiculous. The staff needs to be retrained and checking orders before sending out!
They were short staffed and only had 2 employees in the store. We were served To Go only and the food was perfect. Hot, fresh, and cooked just right. If I could afford to leave large tips well over the cost of the meal, I would have done so that night. Even with only one cook in the restaurant, he made our meals to perfection.

The food was fine, nothing gourmet but standard for IHOP.Except the orange juice was watered down!Not to fault the servers but yes, to fault the management.Seriously?Plastic cup with plastic lid for orange juice while sitting at a table?Single use plastic which costs the company money, and ultimately the consumer and environment.And plastic sleeves for silverware.WAKE UP!ENTER THE REAL WORLD OF THE 21st CENTURY!
Horrible experience! Would not recommend to anyone! This has definitely been the worst eating out experience! Our server was kind of nice but she gave a little bit out attitude when we pointed out her mistakes. Took over 20 minutes to get out drinks. Food took over an hour. We were trying to be nice but we were also very hungry. We got a 10% discount. Definitely not coming back!
I am giving this restaurant five stars only because of the waitress that served us. But the management that was on shift that morning.I think she could use a little bit more Management training and customer service training because her waitress was more professional than her. They were short-staffed and management would not stop being rude to the customers and come from behind the register and help her waitresses. The two young ladies that was on shift ran that floor like professionals.
