Horrible. I went in National Pancake Day with my husband and 2 sons and was ignored for 30 minutes I thought I was at the DMV in New York. When I left I asked if there was any reason why I wasn’t served and being ignored” and the hostess said “where were you sitting at?” ..and I just left. It wasn’t even busy and we were completely ignored. I placed a bet with my husband because the last time we went there a year ago the same thing happened but I am a strong believer in “people get a 2nd chance” I lost the bet and so here at am at Jalapeños Mexican Grill Restaurant having my chips and drinks already. ? I will never, EVER go back there again! Don’t waste your time.

Anytime I go to IHOP, I’m not expecting spectacular service and food, but something decent at the very least in terms of food quality and customer service. Walking in to this IHOP, it is empty and it took quite awhile to get seated. The food took forever to come out and tasted like sautéed tire rubber. Our server didn’t come to check on us at all and took an eternity to give us our check. I would only recommend coming to this IHOP if you want to voluntarily add some depression to you day.

My visit to IHOP was an outstanding start to my day. With 1 employee covering the whole dinning room I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly disposition. My BLT was fresh and delicious. My service was prompt and thorough. Be openly appreciative when interacting with workers through this post pandemic staffing struggle. Scratch that, just be openly appreciative to workers. Kindness can be the difference maker when someone is having a bad day plus it's contagious!

This IHOP was not like I remembered. They are severely under staffed. The only ppl there that seemed to care about the customers were the two or three older waitresses. All of the younger staff need to be released and start a re-hiring process. They were on their phones and chatting amongst themselves while table sat dirty with dishes. When asked to do so they did the absolute minimum. I feel sorry for the management team, your staff does not understand the team concept.Food rating was a 4 of 10. Lots of oil/grease. I've literally done better at home.IHOP use to be staple, but they are slowly eroding because of poor staffing and food quality.

The food was good. The restaurant was nice but could have used a bit of a cleaning. When we were there it was practically empty like 4 tables out of a probably 45 or 50 table seating and at a first glance it looks clean but walking around there was a sticky feel to the floor in the main dinning area. And with the main part of the staff sitting outside talking on phone and smoking the restaurant was left to 2 waitresses and a cook. Not a good look when walking into a place for food. Also a fairly pungent order of marijuana was coming from the staff sitting outside. But the working staff was great. Our waitress was kind attentive and helpful. The cook even checked to see if the food was good which was super nice. Other then the few bad apples the experience was a good one

Wish I could rate it 0 stars! Hostess was complaining about the job as soon as we arrived, was overwhelmed and upset that people just kept coming in. We had a group of 10, so we expected to have to wait and it take longer than normal. Waited for about 30 minutes, which was fine. While waiting for our table we heard employees screaming/arguing in the kitchen. We should have left with that red flag, but wanted to give it a chance. Once we got seated, our waiter seemed to be a great waiter, but that soon changed. Took 45 minutes to get our drinks, one of us HELPED serving the drinks from the kitchen door!! Two of us ordered sweet teas, Only one was sweet, instead of bringing a new sweet tea, he said "you can just add sugar to it." Placed our orders about 30 minutes after being seated, to only find out he hadn't put the orders in after another 30 minutes of sitting at the table! Finally, Brought out a stack of pancakes for us to "disperse between ourselves" since most of our meals came with pancakes. He then TOUCHES one of the pancakes with his bare hands, then goes on to say "trust me my hands are clean" while SCRATCHING HIS NOSE! Just an awful experience! We did end up leaving once the bare hand incident happened. After 3 hours of being in restaurant!

Visited twice while in Savannah. First visit was ok but the second visit we had to wait almost 1 hour for food and experienced people walking out do to slow service.it's a pandemic issue people! Our server was very pleasant

Mrs Peggy Abbott is so wonderful to work with. As a first time investor, I wasn’t completely sure of the process but Mrs Peggy Abbott helped me through it all and I made a profit of $6,500 with an investment of $500. He was also extremely helpful in coordinating the withdrawal process. I highly recommend Mrs Peggy Abbott to everyone looking to start up an investment. I understand a lot of places are short staffed due to the pandemic... but when the restaurant is empty and I have to wait over 30 additional minutes to an ordered I place online, to then have missing items... it's a bit ridiculous and hard to believe it's because of the traffic vs staffing.
