Food took over an hour to come out. Our server was excellent and sent a manager to us who mumbled out some lackluster halfway apology. When they finally brought our meals to the table half of it was cold. The toilet was used several times in the men's room and looked like it had been stopped up all day from the mess piled up in there. Restaurant was overall not clean .

I have been to alot of hooters and this was by far the dirtiest and most nasty place ever. 1st of all waited like 20 mins to be acknowledged and seated. Once seated realized we been placed right under a hornets nest... INSIDE the restaurant. When I brought it up to the staff they looked at me like I was crazy. Being that I am highly allergic to them the only saving grace we had was the wonderful server who was also the bartender, she helped pack our stuff up to go so we could eat at the hotel. I usually don't leave bad reviews but this was not a pleasant experience

Horrible experience all around.1. Didn't get greeted for 10 mins while manager stuffs his face at the bar.2. Gave server our drink and food order at once which was 2 waters and 20 wings.3. Took 10 mins for 2 waters which you can tell she forgot about us.3. Waited 25 mins on wings that barley seasoned or sauced but were hot.4. Server delivers food which was the second time she came by the whole visit.Would not recommend this for a date night. Very unprofessional and bad customer service unless your a regular.

Did not pass the Sight and Smell test. Parking lot and dinning area were empty, front area was dirty with merchandise all over the floor. And the smell was not appealing. My family loved this Hooters, we moved away for a decade and came back and luster was not there.

We stopped by here yesterday, we got a table immediately but sat there for about 20 minutes and never had a waitress come to our table, another table was sat right beside us about 15 minutes after we got there and immediately had their drink order taken and had drink’s within 2 mins or so. My wife told another waitress that we hadn’t even had the waitress and that they had just sat down and she went an told 2 other waitresses. The waitress that was working the section we was in got them their drink orders and then went to cleaning glasses off of another table… needless to say we got up and walked out. My wife tried to call after we left to speak to a manager and no one answered the phone. 10/10 don’t recommend this Hooters that is in Savannah. We went to IHOP and got immediate service.

Today was my first time ever going to a Hooters and it was an awesome lunch. The waitresses were hot and friendly. The food was great too. I will definitely return one day.

This used to be a really cool spot to go to…. I hadn’t been in a few years. I pulled in on Sunday afternoon and I was worried from the start. The grass is all grown up around it, it looks unkept. I’m like, “this is Hooters though, it’s gotta be good.” Not. The place was almost empty. It took an hour to get sliders, mozzarella sticks, and chicken tenders. The food was awful. Almost inedible. The servers were going in and out of the kitchen, some were just standing around bored. I don’t know who owns this store, but give me a call. I’ll help with new marketing and new life. The place is a gold mine with no vision.

OK, in fairness I was not able to visit the store but I am reviewing it because it was not open at 8 pm!I planned an overnight stop in Savannah on my way from North Carolina to Florida and picked my hotel based on where Hooters was located. I arrived about 7:45 at my hotel. I had been tasting the Hooters wings all day! When I checked the hours at this location I was shocked to see they closed at 8 pm!What sports bar closes at 8 pm?? Very disappointed. Ended up down the street.

Today while trying to dine at Hooters Savannah I had the worst experience of any restaurant. No hostess on duty so after waiting 7 minutes to be seated I found myself a table between 2 other customers. 30 mins passed and no service although others by me were being served. Got tired of waiting so I left. 5 servers on duty, owner needs better management and training for staff.
