A pleasant stay. No complaints. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. My IHG card made reservations and billing very time friendly. I would stay at this hotel again, based on my last stay here. Until the next time.
The dark skinned lady at the reception was very good, welcomed my family warmly on 7/30, My family loved our stay in the hotel. However, the AC in room 313 needs servicing, it makes one croaking sound when it stops working. Overall, it’s a beautiful hotel with nice staff.
Quick trip to Savannah for a family members birthday celebration, Great location off I-95 and flew mile s from 16. very pleased with hotel, easy check in, very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, friendly staff. Full service holiday inn so breakfast not included
Stay was alright 1 room was good and room 222 was a dump. No microwave, chair broke and several other thing bad. We stay there when we are on our way to Florida and this is the first time 1 of our rooms was in bad condition. We also still have not gotten our money yet back we did not damage anything in either room. That should have been done before you ask for a review.
Not bad for a one night travel stopover.The hotel was good enough to avail us of two seperate beds instead of a King which I'd originally booked.Complimentary breakfast was a nice touch as thehotel restaurant is out of action.Odd that at the breakfast buffet you have to ask for toast? I've never seen that before in a hotel. Nonsensical seeing as the bread and muffins are out on display.Check on and out was seamless.
TERRIBLE!!!! LATOYA Tied TO CANCEL OUR ROOMS, BY CLAIMING OUR CARD WAS DECLINED , 3HRS BEFORE CHECK IN. We were on the road halfway here trying to explain , she was trying to use our card at the same time we were. 1.5hrs away. We get here she isn't here. It took two to check the two of us in... the lobby and hallways were scorching , humid, made me feel somkinda way. ATTITUDES GALORE.. THE GENTLEMAN That worked 3rd shift was awesome and the Cafe workers wore very pleasant even though I didn't eat there 12 dollar breakfast.. NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST WINDOWS BROKEN WINDOWS DIRTY APPARENTLY NO MANAGEMENT or we weren't allowed to speak to them, always unavailable 3days past NEVER SAW POOL GET CLEANED Trash bags left in hallway near elevator by whom I'm not sure...STAYED THERE FOR TWO DAYS..was still there the day we checked out Halls never got vacuumed.. Pathetic I WILL NOT RETURN!! Exit 94 I-95 Upon telling them coffee pot..Kureg in room was broken... all I got was and I quote " I'm sorry" You think they replaced it....no
I would highly recommend this hotel. Very friendly front desk staff. Convenient location. Very relaxing . Lots of amenities in the room . Good access to restaurants, convenient store, etc quick access to the freeway.
Very nice, accommodated me with an accessible room as I only booked a regular room and use a mobility scooter. My only issue was I specifically book holiday inns with restaurants because of my mobility issues and the difficulties associated with getting out to eat. I wish they would inform you somehow when a amenity becomes unavailable and allows you to cancel the reservation so I can book a another hotel that has what I need. Otherwise a very nice hotel and staff.
Sadly no one showed to work Continental breakfast. We.did try Mcdonald and IHOP near by. Same issue. Otherwise nice place. Front desk did give us extra coffee pods.. Staff friendly helpful rooms lovely
The property is a bit dated but is well maintained. The cleanliness of the bathrooms have been disappointing. The room and beds are comfortable but the sheets don't seem as high a quality as other HIE's I've stayed at. Also unlike others this property does not offer a complimentary breakfast or coffee service (just the Keurig in the room which is stocked with one regular and one decaf pod and 2 disposable cups). I would recommend skipping the breakfast at the H Cafe, for the price and quality it's not worth the $12 or the 20 minute wait. I'd have given a higher rating of three except for the breakfast. When you factor in paying for breakfast then the room rate is not as attractive. Breakfast was truly disappointing.The staff is friendly and welcoming and it's a convenient location and has multiple casual dining restaurants nearby so that's a plus for them.
