Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the owner needs to do better with staffing. It’s tourist season and it’s 90+ degrees outside. You can’t have one employee in the store fighting for their life. The poor girl was flying all over the place trying to get orders out as quickly as possible. I imagine the owner was in their million dollar home chilling on the couch. Do better. And before they reply with “people don’t wanna work hurr durr” try paying more than $10 an hour.The shaved ice was incredible. The girl was so nice and polite. I hope they work out the kinks with staffing.
I Hal the tiger blood shaved ice. it was delicious and hit the spot after doing a 3hour dessert tour!
Ice been wanting to try this place for sooo long and today I did and it was everything I dreamed. I got a small and it was huge! I was so happy! I wanted to try the signature Hawaiian flavors so I got huapai(coconut) and li hing mui (salted plum) flavoring for my ice and coconut ice cream inside with coconut flakes and li hing mui powder on top. It was so amazing , super flavorful and creamy! I would consider light syrup because that’s what I did and it was perfect. 10/10 recommend I will be back!
First time going. Loved the Tigers Blood Ice. Staff was rude and we waited about 20mins for two cups to be made. Only one person making cups.
I wish I had the photo on my phone of the shaved ice my son received. It was a larger than his head! For the size of everything I cannot complain of the price as well
Came in, like others, after giving up on the hour wait at leopolds. Found it by chance and said why not?She got a shaved ice, half strawberry and half blue raspberry. I did a shaved ice, mixed blue raspberry and pineapple. Later she said she thought mine would be trash while stealing bites of it. Mine was very good.Staff was friendly, talking about flavors, talking a little about leopolds, and discussing where we were from.Good place, would come back.
Awsome shaved ice, I really like that you can get as many flavors as you want. The staff were very nice. VERY refreshing on a hot day, also cute place to take pictures.
Great ice cream flavors. They didn't skimp on loading up the waffle cones. Leopolds Ice Cream is good, but we all thought this was better. The place across the street, Ben and somethings, not worth crossing the street for.
Friendly service and very tasty. I like it a lot better than water ice.
First time there and it was amazing. Staff very welcoming and knowledgeable. My kids were as happy as could be, they got cotton candy and blue raspberry mixed with blue Hawaiian. They also got the banana pudding ice cream and cotton candy ice cream. I got a coffee milkshake that was THE BEST EVER! Definitely going back soon!
