Kinda slow or didn't really want to work employees, dirty dining room, drink machine taste like carbonated water but the food checks out as a good thing. So it made getting out of traffic a good thing
I am from Florida, and I work at Arby's. To be honest, that store hasn't been well kept. There is no one cleaning it and someone messed up on our order. Customer service is okay, but the bathrooms could be cleaner. Almost every table in there was covered in crumbs. Not the best first impression. The food was definitely decent though.
slowest “fast” food place i’ve ever been to. three cars left the drive through due to the line not moving, and when i pulled in there were no cars in the drive through. rude staff, took forever to even take my order. food was not even hot, and definitely not worth it. first and last time eating at Hardee’s due to this piss poor experience.
Clean fast food, great service, food is cooked perfect, we are picky fast food eater, so Hardee's is our favorite,,
Pretty good.It was less busy than expected, was a pretty clean place, bathrooms were (mostly) clean, service was great and quick. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone travelling on a trip/vacation, as a good place to stop by and eat. It was nice and cool, not cold enough to be uncomfortable though.There were two or three issues, #1 being that no napkins were given to us when we got our order (had to ask separately, although they were kind and gave us napkins without issue. That kind of makes up for it). #2 would be that some guy was throwing bricks outside or something, not sure if that has anything to do with the restaurant. #3 would be that the tables were slightly dirty (a few crumbs of food, easily wiped off) along with the seats. Other than that, everything was just fine ?One quick recommendation would be to see if you could get that hand dryer in the men's restroom, fixed. Thanks for reading this, hope you found it helpful!
My experience is rated on the bathrooms only. We stopped on our way through and I was so pleasantly surprised by how clean the bathrooms were. Thank you so much! I asked for a name and was told Emma was the one responsible for keeping the restrooms clean.
I had a great experience was heading back to NY and rather hungry. I truly enjoy Hardee's the burgers are just wow and the fries are very good. Also got some chicken tenders that are some of the best I've had. NY large drink and I was in my way.The young lady at the dive thru was very pleasant.It's a shame the only Hardee's in NY I knew about closed last year but it's a must stop whenever I go to Florida or south.. highly recommend
What an experience. Order something with no sauce and no onions because I'm highly allergic to it. The food came with double the sauce. The front counter person was sweet. Hear her ask the cook what happen. His reaction (I forgot) did it the way I like it.
First time trying Hardee's. U got chicken strip and fries. The chicken was cold and not crispy at all. The fries were soggy. They did not put the sauce in the bag for my chicken. I will not be going back to this establishment. There was only 1 other car there getting food so they were not busy. No excuse for the way I received my food.
Now THAT'S how you make a burger, just like the damn picture...Hell yea we're going to spread the word, and on top of everything else, our cashier kept it courteous, very polite and didn't mind placing our condiments in a separate bag?, hope to see them again very soon ?
