I order a 6 PC wings and fries with drink combo whi h was $9.49 I ask can I get a smoothie instead of a drinking a pay the difference he said yesWhen I paid it was 18.16. I. Like for what. They charged everything separately and didn't give me a the price. The manager said give me a refund for the smoothie the lady said no because that's what I order she said she would not give me a refund she was very rude. I only wanted wings and a drink
Food was horrible, first of all the fries were kept in some bucket that wasn't even refrigerated or frozen the guy just grabbed them from under the bucket and threw them in the grease (unsanitary and disgusting) then they were not done all the way and the wrap tasted like regular Arby's meat (downgraded version) and then on top of that I didn't realize until I got all the way in my car that they didn't even give me a straw or napkins ??♀️#HorribleRestaurant please go elsewhere and save your time and money !!!
Disappointed ... For $12+ it was not worth it ... I ordered a Philly Cheese steak SPECIAL (no mushrooms) with fries and a drink. The Philly Cheese steak had literally no flavor, minus the green peppers. The French fries were left out in the bags on the counter ... The French fries had a good portion size but after you got through the initial few fries on top, there was no seasoning on them...Definitely do not recommend.
This restaurant charge entirely too much and you may get four pieces of lamb meat for a gyro. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. They either need to give more for the money they charge or lower their prices. They are totally ridiculous.
At Gyro Wrap, I had the regular Super Gyro. They have three sizes, small, regular and large. The Super Gyro ( your choice of gyro meat, chicken or steak) comes with provolone, mushrooms, lettuce & z - sauce. Mine was chicken with no lettuce. This restaurant is located in the food court of the mall, and I just ate there. The chicken tasted like it had been frozen, thawed, and refrozen. No good. Fries were not warm, and soggy. I'd pass. Zero stars.
my smoothie was given to wrong person, he drank from it gave it to one of the employees, then they tired to give to to me, 30 mins later and about 15 customers later i got my smoothie . wasnt even worth the wait. Owner or owners wife has a really bad temper. well not ever go back this place has a lowest reviews at this mall for a reason , sad cause there gyros are not that bad. contacted management the sent a free meal card and was pretty much interrogated on how i had got it..... way to run your business in the ground lady god's speed

Worst experience we ever had the manager was rude as well as the young lady that was there. They don’t offer everything on the menu. The gyro was dry and the lettuce was wilted and yellow looking, the fries that were loaded was just a sad for $5 just for the fries, not even a hand full. I highly recommend you not wasting your time! The service nor the food is worth your time!
Honestly very overpriced for mediocre food. I ordered a combo and they charged me $5 extra and did not give me the fries. To put it in perspective, I was charged $15 for a philly cheese steak and a drink. I would honestly recommend just going to one of the other places in the food court. Also I didn’t see any gloves. I might’ve overlooked but just saying. Will not be visiting again and will be talking badly about them to anyone who listens (:
