I stopped here to grab breakfast with friends after seeing high reviews. However, we were disappointed to hear staff complaining about us loud enough for us to hear. If we want to ask how much a cookie is and if it’s chewy, we don’t deserve to hear how annoyed the staff is by our questions. We were dismayed and immediately uncomfortable. The food is filling; but, I wouldn’t go out of my way. Would not recommend and will not return.Edit: While I appreciate the response, we actually saw an employee step away and heard her say that she couldn’t believe that we asked about the price and chewiness of the cookie. She may not have intended for us to hear here but the fact is we did. It’s fine that you have other great reviews but that doesn’t make our experience invalid.

My husband and I honeymooned in Savannah during April. We wanted to try out different coffee shops around the city. We did, and Friendship Coffee Company was hands down our favorite one. We returned several times. The food was great, the coffee delicious, but above all the people and atmosphere are what make this the best coffee shop in Savannah - both for quality and value. The owner and servers welcome you in and take time to chat, making you feel less like a tourist and more like a neighbor.

Great place! The people and the coffee are both wonderful. Customer service was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend and return again!

Fun place, everyone just enjoying the morning. I had breakfast bowl, mighty yummy. Coffee was hot and tasty. Wait staff friendly.

Great experience! Stopped by here while heading back home from vaca! Super friendly staff, good food (perfect grits), great coffee and smoothies!

Good coffee among other things in this tucked away gem in Savannah. Don't be deceived by the entrance; there is plenty of room to either sit at a big or little table or opt for the couches in a corner by the TV set. Also outdoor seating is available.

We love the cozy local vibe and the delicious fragrances in the air that end up in our mouths …yum! Perfect for meeting up with a friend or friends, and coffee date with my hubby! ❤️

This was my first time eating at Friendship Coffee Company. I got the avocado toast, breakfast burrito with chicken, and a homemade biscuit with bacon and cheese. The food was delicious. Absolutely no complaints. The only suggestion is to present more realistic wait times. I ordered to go and was told it would take 15 minutes. It took 32 minutes. This will allows customers to browse the plaza or run short errands. I would definitely return.

We decided to try this place when looking for a breakfast/brunch restaurant on a Sunday. We were deligthfully surpised with an eclectic atmosphere (board game corner, set up for small live band) and terrific food. Avocado toast was some of the best I have had. We arrived around 10:30am and there was still plenty of seating. This is a great spot if you are staying on Tybee and don't want to drive all the way in to Savannah.

Excellent food & service! The Bread pudding with Bourbon Sauce was worth every calorie! My Yankee husband enjoyed his first grits & cheese for breakfast! Thank you for the southern hospitality (and the good coffee!)
