Price is a little ridiculous but food is very good ($19 for a bacon burger and medium fry with no drink).Twelve Oaks location is clean. Unfortunately staff has no sense of urgency whatsoever. There was 1 person sitting in lobby eating prior to me coming in to order. They were not busy at all. I ordered and waited at a table and only one other person came in to order and then a boy came to pickup his mobile order. Staff was very slow walking around to fulfill their duties with no facial expression that disclosed they needed to get food out. The employee that handed me my food bag was very nice and respectful.

I was disappointed in this restaurant as I expected alot higher quality for the money I spent. Near 40$ for 2 burgers and 1 fry and 1 milkshake. The food including the milkshake was good, milkshake was by far the best part and the burger being the least favorite of the meal. And that just felt like kind of a let down at 40$ when you consider that the milkshake and fries beat the burger in my opinion. May try again as it may of been a bad day or maybe some other things played a role in the quality but time will tell!

Went for lunch the other day. I about choked when they told me the price. Not sure how/when a double cheese burger, small order of fries and a drink cost over $18, but wow. For that price, you need to be serving something completely outstanding… and yeah, it was ok, but I can get a better burger elsewhere for much cheaper. Half the bun was stale, and nothing special. Whatever juice/liquid that was coming from the burger (it wasn’t meat juice… I think the mayo was runny) had soaked the other half of the burger into mush. The meat was over cooked, and the burger just isn’t that big. Won’t be going back.

Great food. Milkshakes are AMAZING. Employees are nice and well spoken.Only downside is my burger was kind of everywhere in the bun, but that’s probably on account of removing it from the foil ?

Food was inedible . Fries had way to much salt and burgers thrown together. Take out order so they got me on this one. Horrible customer service and the staff was bickering with each other. Manager was very condescending to the staff. Should have checked my order. Save your money for $30 two burgers and fries it should be at least average …… don’t count on it.

I have been to this locations many times over the past several years and I have to say that it is really rockin now. We placed our order super quick and got it in the normal time but exactly as I ordered it. I always ask for my fries in a separate bag and it is usually hit or miss whether it happens or not, this time I heard the guy in the back call out "we need a little cajun frie bagged separately" and that is how they came. I am so glad that they brought the ketchup dispensers back out as well. Great job 5 guys staff, we'll be stopping in much more often.

Great, huge, fully-loaded burgers with huge portions of skin-on fries! Better than McD's fries. A little more expensive than the average burger place, but this isn't an "average burger" place! Well worth the little bit extra price.

Don't get me wrong five guys is pretty delicious, it tastes like a cookout Burger you can make at home. That's why I feel like the price should be cheaper. I spent $22 on a bacon cheeseburger with everything on it and a small Cajun fry. I didn't even get a drink because I didn't want to spend over $25. It would get a five-star rating if the prices were cheaper.

This is the best Five Guys I’ve been too. I loved that the staff were fast and efficient. The place was clean, the food had more flavor than the other ones I’ve been too and the outside seating really added to the experience.

Delicious! Love 5 guys ! Made to order burgers and hot dogs and fresh cut fries.
