Clean dining spot with fast service and food served hot! Always generous fry portions. The Jr burgers and small fries are more than enough for one, if you're not familiar with their meal sizes.
Their burgers and cheeseburgers are so delicious. We requested delivery and it was super fast. I will definitely order from Five Guys again.
The food was delicious but I am a little disappointed at how much the prices have increased. We certainly could've eaten at a nice sit down restaurant for how much we paid for a family of 5.

Cleanliness left something to be desired. Fries were good but burger was a little messy to eat. Kind of a traffic jam situation at the register area and the condiment area needed servicing. Three stars mainly based on the cleanliness of the dining area.
We loved the fast, super friendly service and location of this Five Guys - we got to enjoy our meal while ppl watching Bay Street and even seeing the cargo ships go by. Fries were superb as always, salted perfectly, and all our orders were correct!
Omg! The veggie Samig fixed everything with the hotel problems I had tonight!Not a vegetarian but calories wise while on vacation. Went in for a burger came out with one of the best grilled veggie sandwiches ever! Good service and fast.
I've loved Five Guys since they came to Savannah. Always great food, friendly service, and an all around great burger experience. Last night was terrible. One of my employees and I got off work, I'm a tour guide, and was happy to see the place open. Had to go past two police/security guards who had their pistols unstrapped. Waited in line to order. Every time someone finishes their food, the police put their chairs upside down on the table. We get to the cashier and verify that they are still taking orders. They ask here or to go. We choose here. Meanwhile, the police are still flipping chairs as soon as people's butts get out. We waited for our order and two people leave and we grabbed their seats before the police can get to them. You can see that they are really angry. It gets to the point that we are the only two people sitting. Everyone else is miserably standing. When we leave, we try to give one of our seats to an older gentleman, but the police intimidated us, getting between him, us, and the seats. What is going on with this? If you want to-go orders only, close the dining room. If you are asking people if they want to dine in, give them a seat. Having police in tactical gear intimidating your customers into not sitting down is bizarre to say the very least! Not a good business practice at all.
Great food, We had hamburger, veggie sandwich with cheese and fries. Veggie sandwich was so awesome, Convenient and historic location. Very near to River Street and multiple hotels. 15 minutes walk from Transit station. Spacious and clean place. Well maintained. This place was not much crowded during our visit. Dine in allowed. Good customer experience. Finally clean restrooms.
Bomb.com the food was amazing. It's gets pretty busy on the weekends but I make it a usual stop when I am downtown.
